This could legit be played in a modern day club fuck dude

Also you already highlighted Langrisser but that entire soundtrack is awesome, killer bass and drums especially for FM synthesis which typically struggles with that.



EDIT: Also for new content this soundtrack has probably the best guitar synthesis I've heard on the Genesis

Langrisser/Warsong has some good early Genesis sound that I recommend to play just to listen.

SNES might have the RPGs but got nothing with the Genesis Shooters and their soundtracks.



Gauntlet IV along with Dark Legacy is my favorites of the series just for the OST alone.


I like the Sega CD version better but the cart version of ragdoll sprites Earnest Evans has good OST.
