It was only a matter of time before Karl's trannies started putting Code of Conduct in gun stuff

I'm not familiar with the minutiae of USPSA rules, but

3. Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding firearms

Doesn't this mean that certain divisions are basically fucked if you're in the wrong state?

This shit always just comes across as "We're increasing the surface area with which we can justify kicking out people we don't like." - its always a mix of "yeah no shit thats an obvious one" and "this could literally mean anything".

Prohibited Conduct
3. Nonconsensual Physical Contact and Threatening Behavior
– Any nonconsensual sexual conduct, pattern of unwelcome sexual advances, or
other inappropriate sexually oriented behavior

Does this mean that if there's a tranny in my field of view I can get them kicked out for nonconsensual sexual contact for raping my eyes?

It's nuts that Springfield armory ships their 1911s in a flimsy cardboard box with a little carry bag like they do Their cheaper handguns.
They're not the only ones. Dan Wesson does a similar thing.
5.56 AKs are a pretty good substitute, but they’re just not the same man
Are they? I would think that'd be similar to running an AR in 7.62X39.
I wouldn't go into bear country with anything less than a .44 Magnum as backup. For a primary, I'd use my .375 Ruger African.
Why would you bother shooting a bear? Just leave them alone. If they're being silly little guys, they're probably just hangry so just do what I do: carry a few Uncrustables or Nutty Buddy bars in your pockets to toss at the bears. If the bears are behaving you have yourself a nice treat for later.
Now I like a nice plastic molded case but it's not mandatory.
I too never keep those. I also never keep any of the boxes anything comes in (optics, bipods, ear pro, etc.).

Well, alright, I did keep the presentation box my S&W 29-2 came in. I keep the original wood grips in those and it lives on a shelf in my closet.
Well then, I'm half expecting some dirty shit to come out eventually about the WO guy now.
None of us are perfect people but fucking hell is the "2A community" full of some real fucked up people.

Some of them I feel as if you can just tell. Brandon Herrera, for instance. I bet it comes out that he's into some heinous shit.

5.56 AK is AOK!

Big difference between the two: 5.56mm AKs have been around since the 1960s. Valmets, Galils, Beryls, Polytech chinkshit imports etc. The Russians themselves have even made some for export purposes. They're a legitimately battle proven platform. 7.62x39mm ARs have only been around for like the last 20 years or so and pretty much only exist as a novelty on the US civilian market. Yemen uses them, but Yemen isn't a real country.

I love helping people get into guns, but it's hard sometimes. It's not that they don't listen only to your advice and do exactly what you say, I always try to be super broad and practical for a reason. I feel like people often do a 180 to the stupidest decisions possible and all your help and advice is discarded completely because they saw something on social media. They end up learning a lesson but it often turns them away from guns for a while. I think I've also just had awful experiences with people. My favorite are the gamelands group who brought a bunch of guns and then the lead "instructor" asked me how you take the magazine out of one, while also teaching people to teacup said pistol very confidently. I took over and showed them correctly only for the red dot on their hellcat to also not have a battery in it. I left shortly after. Who's guns were they? A mystery
I think one of the most gratifying things about getting people into shooting is when you're the one they come to first asking about gun shit or they just straight up ask you to build them an AR just like the one they shot last trip, which is particularly awesome because I get to satisfy my ballistic Lego itch on someone else's dime and also make a pretty not-awful gun that's built correctly in the process.

Okay I have a question
I don't shoot rifles much, but when I do, I find that when I'm shooting unsupported there feels like a "disconnect" between where I want to aim, and where Im actually aiming. Like I'm aiming a few degrees below where I want to aim. It's like there's desync between the two due to the weight of the gun pulling the end down a little. It's hard to explain.
Does anyone know what I'm talking about here? Is there some technique that I'm missing? Do I need to lift moar? Probably the latter, but if anyone can chip in that'd be appreciated.

What caliber are we talking about? I'd start with checking if the problem is replicated when firing .22lr. If not, it could be an issue with either bracing or reacting to recoil.

Video shows Chester, NY town official shooting a lost DoorDash driver in the back as he drove away.
The driver's phone died & he was asking for directions.
John Reilly, 48, is charged with first-degree assault.
The victim is recovering.

He's fucked lmao. He's also an FFL holder

Sounds like maybe the height of your sights.

Really? When I bought my Dan Wesson Specialist it came in a pretty nice hard plastic/polymer case fitted for 1911s and a couple of magazines.

As for cases, I really like those new Daka cases from MagPul, Pelican cases, and Boyt cases. The Daka cases are more for rifles, SMGs/PCCs, and shotguns, but both Boyt and Pelican make pistol cases. I've got a Boyt pistol case that I like a lot.

Not sure what rifle you're talking about. But I think I'm understanding this right:

If it has adjustable iron sights: either adjust your front sight upwards a bit, or your rear sight downwards a bit.

If it's a red dot or scope optic, you should be able to just adjust it downwards.

If these don't apply somehow, maybe it's time to look at upgrading your sights/optics.

If somehow THAT isn't possible, you're just going to have to Kentucky Wind it every time.

Holy shit, how is this not an attempted murder charge? I have to assume it's some nuance of state law. But "assault" in whatever degree sounds like a slap on the wrist for SHOOTING A GUN AT A FLEEING DRIVER WHO THREATENED NO ONE.

I'm a little confused. Do you mean when shouldering to aim you always aim under center naturally, or do you mean your shots are hitting low? If it's an optic and you're hitting low it may just be your height over bore depending how close you are. With an optic I would suggest target focus and not focusing on the reticle. Depends on what you're doing and what the actual setup is.

Record yourself shouldering. Bring the gun to you not you to the gun. How are you standing? Is your cheek weld consistent? If the gun is front heavy and even if it isn't get a sling. It'll stabilize you more when set up correctly. I know this is all very basic likely useless advice but without knowing more it can be hard to be specific. Practice makes perfect. Take it slow
