The Barrett MRAD/MK22 has been having some oopsies, first receivers cracking, now bolt handles snapping off and firing when the bolt is touched ala the early Sig Cross
Sight, looks like Barrett QC is in the shitter too
at SOF Week Sig had an armor plate of no more than a few mm's to boast of their armor pen capabilities. range is stated but barrel length isn't. I still have my doubts as to whether Sig Hybrid ammo can pen armor at any reasonable distance without tungsten
Hehe SIG is probably assuming Russian and Chinese armor is 1-3mm pot metal.
This is some shit Mark Serbu would come up with if he was 40 years younger and terminally online and what Sci-fi writers though Neon Mohawk'd Gang members would slaughter each other with in the slums of Neo-Chicago in the far off year of 2025
Ahaha gang members in Chicago will probably be using these in less than 18 months
I thought PSA would be doing Harambe's work and give us dirt cheap ammo. But this time line doesn't allow us good things.
They are buuuttt it might blow up your rifle. PSA QC is a suggestion.

They're also kneecapped because.... There isn't a SINGLE lead smelter left in the USA due to Obama.
The title made me believe it was about DIY making a real-life version of that weapon in Brigador that melts flesh and gives survivors a short future filled with cancer.

Severely disappointed.
Brigador fan detected, OPINION RESPECTED.
eagle industries makes them. i have a small stack since they were quite common for handgun "all in one" cases for a while.
Yep, I have a PSA branded one for my Dagger.

Those cases do look nice yeah. Sometimes I don't wanna bring the whole range bag if I'm just going to be shooting less than two-hundred rounds and I just cram the ammo boxes into the soft case and head off.

too many hoops to jump through for a zoomie like me all for busted ass guns that cost too much

Let's see your Glock do that chuddie :smug:

Beretta does all right for what it's worth. They've got:
  • Sako
  • Tikka
  • Stoeger
  • Chapius
  • Benelli
  • Franchi
  • Uberti
  • Holland & Holland
  • Stiener
  • Burris
From what I've understood, they've been very good owners for SAKO. Basically saved them from bankruptcy, has invested a shit ton in the production, but pretty much left everything for the Finns to manage. They know where the brand value comes from, and don't try to mess with it. I wonder if they have some rules in place about what SAKO is allowed to do, but they are also happy to let SAKO do stuff that competes against Beretta itself, if it results in bringing in money to the conglomerate. Beretta tried to interest Finland in their ARX-160 like a decade ago, no success (Beretta even offered to tool up SAKO to make it). Some time later, they probably gave the green light for SAKO to start designing their own assault rifle, and the end result is that it has now been adopted by Sweden as their new service rifle, and is going to be adopted by Finland at some point in the near future. Pretty big military contracts, talking about hundreds of millions of euros.
