If this is a paki operation, it's entirely possible that the gunpowder is being brewed next door, and is low quality enough not to reach dangerous PSI even when the cartridge is stuffed full.
When it comes to powder from this part of the world the quality can be incredibly shoddy. Turkish BPS 115 gr 9MM luger shot out of my MP5 can sometimes be so inconsistent that half the rounds end up being subsonic with a full size 9MM suppressor. It is by far the dirtiest shitter ammo that will grime up your gun real good but boy is it cheap. As Americans we sometimes really don't know how lucky we have it to get powder out of St. Marks.

Hey now. We have it even luckier as we also have New River Energetics or whatever they are calling the commercial operation at Radford.

I'm thankful every day that I live in the greatest country in the world and not some Pinko Eurocuck dystopia, some African or Middle-East shithole, or some Commie back-asswards Libshit state like Kalifornia, Jew York, or Pillinois. I can buy and own practically whatever I want (within reason) and I don't have to get some fucktard permit or ask permission from some government overlord. Things aren't perfect, but they're better than they've been in decades, and getting better all the time.

Interesting factoid I heard from one of the recommended videos in your video that hasn't been mentioned yet.

>Be Ron Cohen
>Get email from Colombia police department
>its the huehuehue Colombia, not Columbia
>They want in on the new hotness that is the P320
>sheklesclinking.wav
>Minor problem, all the Sig factories are busy making the M18 for the military
>No problem, fill order with German factories instead
>Ok minor problem, Germany has weapon export ban w/ Colombia for some fucking reason
>WaffenexportverbotnachKolumbien.jpg
>No problem, just export them to America first then ship them to Colombia
>Get arrested next time I go to Germany
>Ok minor problem, Germany found out
>muh_8_gorillion_defense.txt
>No problem, avoid 5 year sentence and get 18 month sentence commuted and just have to pay a $650k fee

Yeah this was just a honest mistake and these guns definitely didn't end up in the hands of the cartels or anything like that :)
Mostly accurate except that the Colombians ordered a bunch of SP2022s, not the P320. IIRC SIG Germany only started plans to produce the P320 when they were already on death's door and I don't know if any even exist. I do wonder if SIG Germany's much higher QC standards would make a German P320 much less liable to have an 'uncommanded discharge'.

I have one of those 870 clones and when I have used it the mag releases a shell between the loading lever or whatever you call it and bolt that causes the whole action to lock up sometimes with a round in the chamber requiring me to disassemble. Fun ... but my Turkish ou works good but it's harder to fuck up. Another Turkish ou I shot had issues with the safety not having good engagement that made it not fire if it was not just pushed in just the right way.
the problem with cheap turkshit O/U and SxS is that they are not regulated. Good regulated barrels are very expensive. it's why entry level good SxS or O/U shotguns cost several thousand dollars.

its a bit of arcane gunsmithing that has not been able to be automated for the modern world. the only way to do it is the old way. by hand.

I realized I haven't checked on Brice in a while and he has shown more of his VSS its still pretty much gone no-where. He has however collabed with a tranny that was posted here or the guntuber thread, I think this is the one that had a ND in their shop or room or something. I can't recall.

That poor Vector. It never did anything to deserve this kind of shame and humiliation. What do we think: did the tranny go through the process of getting it SBR'd, or has the photo been strategically cropped to give the impression that it's an SBR?

It looks like the barrel has just been completely removed, which is very amusing in this context.

It could be because I fucking hate .webp images (:dienull:) but the paintjob comes across as a photoshop job tbh. Could be the matte finish of the paint pens messing with my head.

I'm going to continue beating the dead horse that is the P320 because it's funny

A patent from May of this year was found for an improved sear/manual safety combination that actually blocks the sear rather than just the trigger when the safety is actuated.
It would be interesting to see if all of the problems actually do stem from the hole in the back of the slide letting debris settle on the sear.

It makes me MATI to hear the Air Force is just deciding to simp for sig by continuing to carry the M18, just with an empty chamber. I called it and it still pisses me off. That means they'll need to change how they teach the handgun qual at CATM, because the current training of drawing and firing is going to be real unfortunate if an incident occurs and they get fucked by muscle memory, thinking they already have a round chambered. Just bring the fucking M9 back, drop the massive taxpayers loss that is the Sig.

Hilarious! I guess we may as well Israeli carry now instead of fixing the problem. I mean it's not like said airmen would be the most likely to actually use their sidearm.
It's absolute clown world. "Oh man, this piece of shit is dangerous! Just carry it without a round in the chamber! It can't hurt you if there's no ammo to go off!" Might as well just issue everyone the blue rubber training handguns to carry on duty at this point.

I wonder if this is going to be 'voluntary upgrade 2', or if Sig was just hoping to quietly replace all new production with this and hope the whole discharge issue just went away (fat fucking chance of that now).

God, that SPAS-12 is probably going to be a gigantic piece of shit

I still want it

Meh, in my humble opinion as a former SPAS-12 owner, the original wasn't that great either. Heavy, slow to reload (you've got to roll it over onto its back, hold down a large mushroom shaped button to unlock the loading gate/shell lifter, then you can shuck shells into the magazine), and even on automatic with low brass shells the recoil was stout. On pump with high brass loads, like buckshot or slugs, the recoil was brutal. They look cool, and I'll admit they are reliable even with light target loads, but they still kinda suck.

Just because its the Desert Eagle of shotguns doesn't mean that I won't irrationally spend $400 on one of these when they hit our shores, and spend the equivalent of another one on factory Benelli parts to make it work, or whatever gun its actually based on.

You do you, bro. It's probably a helluva lot cheaper than buying the real thing, and if it's the only way to scratch a particular itch that you have then go for it. I've only ever bought three guns because of pop culture. The first was the SPAS-12, which was a disappointment to me. The second was my HK Mark 23, which has been everything I ever hoped it would be and more. The third has been my Vector, which I'm still breaking in and had a few jams with the first time I shot it, but I'm optimistic about it and hope that once it is broken in that it will be reliable enough for home defense.
