By the way, the new Colt M5 carbine is out. Retails for $2,000.

While I am a fan of the changes to their lower, I'm done with the days of spending two grand on an AR.

I can't see this doing anything from any standpoint.
Your purchases from a gun shop would already show the business name, I think it being dropped into the "Gun Purchases" section would raise less eyebrows than seeing your order from "KillEmDeaderTactical Industries" has been processed.

It's part of a long term plan. Soon you'll see those kikes at BlackRock advising that processing "gun purchases" will lower your EGS scores. In turn payment processors will stop doing business. The answer will then be "LOL just build your own banking system" or "Just use cash". The later due to the IRS rules around transactions over $600 will further inhibit your ability to arm yourself.

Sorry if its a schizo rant, and I hope I'm wrong.

Carrying in your bag is generally unsafe. Objects in your bag can keep you from drawing quickly in an emergency, someone could snatch your bag, etc. If you have a bag exclusively for carrying and you keep that mf on you at all times maybe it would be safer, but it's not practical. Would I carry two bags, one for my gun and one for all my stuff? They do make guns geared toward carrying but someone could still snatch it.
Makes sense, obviously something I haven't given much thought :P. How do you normally CC then? I've seen thigh holsters for women advertised but they only really seem practical if you're wearing a skirt.

In some states (like TX, which is weird as fuck with its holster requirement to legally carry*) it's actually illegal. Not that a woman would ever get charged for that offense. A guy would get hammered into prison though.
Gotta love "equality".

*I wonder if this was to prevent the nigger waistband carry?

I'm a guy but I use the Phlster Enigma which most of my female friends who carry use also since it lets you appendix carry without a belt. I use it because I'm a slob who wears joggers and gym shorts everywhere. Another beltless carry option is belly bands which are way cheaper but a bit sketchy as far as concealment and safety go. Plus they get sweaty as fuck when it's hot.
The enigma honestly looks like an overpriced gimmicky meme product but it's quite comfortable and conceals really well. $93 for it is a bit of a hard sell for people who are noncommittal to the idea of CC though.

I don't CC on my person, was scheduled for fingerprinting for my CC when COVID shut the courts down and haven't rescheduled because I am lazy. I guess I would waistband carry, and have to wear jeans? Thigh holsters don't seem super practical either.

And just like that Discover Credit Card is back in the game.

First off, as a professional I can tell you not having your firearm on your person is the absolute most stupid, bone headed move you can make. The potential for getting fucked is limitless, including death accidental or intentional.

Second, solely in the interest of helping you, what do you carry again? I work 12-16 hour days sometimes so can't always keep up and KF has barely been working as of late. Concealed carry isn't hard but you have to do it intelligently with your body type and clothes.

Third, if anyone wears a belly band lol you deserve what happens if you ever have to draw your firearm.

I am curious as to what can go wrong, but I assume ND into the abdomen? Appendix carry/small of back worries me more.
Just carry in a boot...
Does anyone have suggestions on how to carry with a tucked shirt? Need to be at a formal event in a large city shithole.

More like the firearm can fall out, it's very sweaty, possible chance of ND if the trigger isn't covered. It's just not very secure or comfortable, not like you see in the movies. I'm not a fat body either, really didn't like one when I tried one out.

Some companies make AIWB and IWB holsters designed for tucked shirts but I cannot recall names off the top of my head.

He asked again for a suggestion that wasn't that, so I said that I'm pretty fond of my P365XL and that it carries well.

He followed that by asking if the red dot on mine was a problem for pocket carry and I replied noting that the trigger on the 365 pretty much demands an actual holster that covers the trigger guard and linked him to the one I use with it
What's your opinion of the DeSantis nemesis pocket holster for the P365XL? Does it do a good job of covering the trigger or am I going to shoot my foot.

No idea. I went with the AlienGear ShapeShift IWB and have been happy enough with it to not bother looking for another. That, and I don't really do pocket carry.

@Big Miss Steak

Ok so I had some time and went back and saw that you had a P365 and your complaint was with current female fashion, tight clothing etc.

Alright so the difficulty with this is just how different women dress, how different their body types are, etc. Yes, men who carry have to plan ahead with what they wear depending on the occasion but with women it's a whole different ballpark because of your styles. I think since fall/winter is coming up, your best friend in this regard is going to be a high up IWB type holster while wearing layers so it doesn't print. You could also AIWB carry if you're comfortable with that. I really don't know what to suggest for wearing a dress or yoga pants or shit like that, it's not a problem I've ever had to encounter since I don't wear tight clothes. I know a couple coworkers of mine have these yoga pants with built in holsters from Gun Goddess but I have no idea how well those actually hold up or how durable they are. They can conceal decent though with a sub compact so there's that. The only other shit I can think of is just dress in looser clothes, it's the unfortunate reality of the situation.

That being said, going to reiterate again to never carry off body. Don't leave it in your car, don't leave it in your purse. Some idiot cop a year or so back left her P320 in her purse and it ND'd and tried to blame Sig for it. The only time I can think its pertinent to off body is if you're going into a Federal building or a county building with metal detectors. Then I hope you have a lockable cubby in your car. Breaking into a glove box or center console is child's play.

Well, I went and bought myself my first centrefire rifle, and got a fantastic deal on it too.
For £900, I got a Sako 85 in .223, with a bipod and sound suppressor included. The scope was once again given to me for free by my dad. Taking it out on a range day, I think I got pretty good results once it was sighted in.
For now, that's all the guns I'm getting, although I do want to get hold of a Lee-Enfield at some point in the future.
