I have the same optic, I really like the smaller Holosuns.

As for the Modlite, they're a great company but "more" isn't always "best". Big numbers are nice and all but keep your application in mind; a defensive use handgun. Do you really need to light up the whole street in the dark of the night? Personally you can't really go wrong between Surefire, Streamlight, Modlite, Cloud Defense; it's just personal preference on a handgun imo. I prefer Surefire because I've been using that the longest and it's never let me down.

However if you get an O-light or Inforce you deserve to be mercilessly made fun of.
Like I said earlier my G20 is for innawoods shit so I feel like having high candela(beam distance seem beneficial) to me for that purpose. Also I might change my oil with an OLight in my mouth, SEE WHAT HAPPENS

Is it okay to absolutely hate striker fired pistols? I hated the glock and M&P when I shot them, but a friend said to try CZ's P10 line. But since the CZ got bought by Colt I'm having some doubts especially since Colt took over P10 production. I might try to find a P10C for subcompact carry though.

Oh and there was a discount for CZ-75D at 460 the other day... Shame I am poor.

Thinking of picking up a K11 or K31, any idea on price ranges? Seen everything from 650-1500+.

Time to clean the rust off my carry pistol hammer. God damn I hate falling into salt water.

Friend of mine got that new S&W CSX and loves it. Says its perfect for subcompact and an accurate little pistol.

Didn't see any posts about it yet, sorry but it's mandatory Jstark posting. His death was announced Oct 9 2021.

Damn I got a couple 3dp firearms, but still haven't done a FGC-9 mk2 yet. Put together a (Highpoint c9) lowpoint v2 for a little less than $100 recently just for the fuck of it.

Colt didn't buy CZ.
CZ bought Colt.
Colt is basically going to be running (ruining?) USA operations.
TFB article

The P10 is a nice gun for sure.
But if you don't like striker fire look at a CZ P-07.
Poly framed hammer fired.
Can be configured with a safety or decocker.
Parts for both options are included in the box.

EDIT- Missed the sub compact part, sorry.
Not really into the subcompact, I go right to the pocket pistols from a midsize most of the time.
I have an S&W M&P EZ .380 that I like. Hammer fired.
Son has a glork 43 that he likes?

I have a Swiss K11. Nice rifle.
It's slimmer that the K31 but longer and not as nice looking.
The K31 is fatter but shorter and the better looking of the two IMO.
I paid about $650 for mine in good shape.
If I could do it again I'd spend a little more and get a K31.
It's preference more than anything.

Preference. People like Sage Dynamics zero theirs independent of the sights and teach that, but I personally prefer to co-witness mine.
Some people run pistols without irons at all and just an MRDS but not sure if they do it for gaming or for carry (which would be beyond retarded).
Welp, yesterday I found and ordered an SCS. Hopefully it isn't a total pile of shit,
Ok, I'm looking for my first handgun which is a bit of a hassle because europe. I have mostly used a basic glock 17, but it doesnt feel quite right in my hands. Seems like my fingers are too long and skinny. Anyone got any recommendations?
Do shooting ranges exist in Europe where you can try different firearms? If not, do you have any friends with a selection to try? If not, what are the restrictions? What are you even allowed to own?

If you get a Glock I would definitely change the trigger because stock Glock triggers are ass imo. The CZ75 has larger sizes, they have plenty of size options from what I've seen here. Walther also has a lot of sizes for the PDP in full size and compact frame, they also make the PDP F Series which is mainly designed for a woman's hand structure but it felt decent when I held one.

My handguns: The full size PDP feels like a natural extension of my hand, I need two hands for my Shadow 2, Glock 43x is too tiny for me, Sar9 is okay.

Very late , but I don't see any definitive answers. I use a phlster enigma holster/rig. It works off its own belt so carrying under a tucked shirt is simple, if anything it prints less that way. It has issues. The position of the gun isn't as consistent as with my regular aiwb rig and the leg leash needs to be adjusted occasionally. Its better than any belly band and more concealable than my regular appendix holster. Comfort wise there's tradeoffs. The gun is more 'out of the way' when performing regular tasks with the downside being that you have to keep the belt tight, which can cause irritation. I have their 'sport' padded belt replacement on the way and I'm eager to see if it improves this.

Can't discount the safety concerns with appendix carry, but most people will be muzzling themselves carrying iwb anyway and with aiwb you have a much better view of your holster, gun, and everything around them.
Update on the sport belt: Been wearing it for about a week and its very comfortable, especially around my hips where I had some discomfort with the old strap. I only have two issues.
1) The pockets are smaller than I thought. I have the 14" version and the pockets are about half as big as they'd need to be to fit my phone. A pair of keys and a small flashlight are all that will fit.
2) The 14" version is the shortest one they make, despite this the sport belt is just noticeably looser than the original. Its tight enough to wear when doing daily stuff, but it feels more prone to sag on my twink hips(29-31" waist size).

Are there any pistols out there that don’t puke piston grease in your face while suppressed? I feel like I have tried everything except for HK.

it's a combination of pistol design, suppressor design, and ammunition used. generally you will want enough to cycle the action in adverse conditions and not much more. 200gr out of a classic K baffle 6" .45 ACP at or under 1000 f/s will be quite clean for example. obviously integrally suppressed weapons will almost always have very low back pressure as well.

I’m running monolithic cores with 147gr. Chronograph was reading 964. I may have to bite the bullet and buy an integrally suppressed one and just get another PCC.

Edit:

Hosts: Glock 17L, FN 509, and Sig 365 XL

the Glock 17L should be clean with a variety of 147gr loads. try different ammunition (different powder), for example if you mostly use Speer, try Winchester, vice versa.

the 365 XL is going to be dirty regardless unless you use something like a TiRant or Osprey suppressor (notice the large blast area that greatly controls back pressure at the expense of size/weight). FN 509 will also be ammunition dependent like the Glock.

Arex Delta or Arex Rex Zero One

Slovenian made, excellent quality

Don't know about the Europe part. But I have long, skinny fingers and despise Glocks as well. Best pistol I ever found was the Beretta PX4.
