If you're thinking of loading them for 7.62mm Tokarev, you'll want their .311 caliber ones.
Man, I prefer 9mm and larger for pistols, but the idea of a more modern pistol for the cartridge would really let the thing shine, picture something like a Glock 17 or CZ75 style pistol chambered for the cartridge, port the barrel and slide and the high pressure cartridge would keep it very level. You're not making a compact out of it either, so might as well go full YOLO with a 20rd mag which sticks out the bottom slightly.

I'm imagining something like the Uzi bolt, fixed firing-pin and all, if you chopped off the ass of it and left just enough for the boltface and for the thing to be structurally sound. Maybe it'd involve a delay mechanism as well, but it's kind of hard to gauge without seeing more pictures to get an idea about width and stuff.
.25 Auto and .22LR have virtually the same ballistics, there's just not any .25 Auto rifles around to chrono from, so manufacturers can't boast with those numbers on boxes of .25 like they do with .22
.25 being centerfire, jacketed, and having a stronger crimp, makes it superior in every way but cost.
