I get that it's not intended for cutting, but having a cutting edge that is poorly sharpened just feels like a waste. The sheath retention is more concerning, I was able to shake the knife out of the sheath way too easily and couldn't find an easy way to adjust it without taking a heat gun to it. Maybe the new sheaths aren't as sturdy as older models. It was supposed to replace my S&W HRT boot knife, but I think I'll keep the S&W for now.

I can't comment on the edge because I've never honestly tried to cut shit with mine and I'm too lazy to go into my AS bag to grab it and check. About the sheath, I would contact Benchmade about it and see if they would send a replacement. Mines in the MOLLE of my plate carrier and it's very tight so possibly why retention is so good for me.

Thanks, I'll try that. Guess my sheath was just a lemon.

As for the edge, I only noticed it because I have an autistic habit of keeping everything as sharp as possible, to the point the edge can pop off leg hairs.

Got one of those recently. Have the apex trigger on order. Just make sure you dont get one of the older sigma series pistols. Was my second pistol and i hated the damn thing.
 
Here's the wz.35, Poland's secret weapon they were working on before WW2 started so they would be able to compete with the cutting edge military technology of the day.

The factory that produced the wz.35 was a sister factory to FB Radom in the late 20th century. Radom produced Mosin Nagant variants between 1950-1955. I managed to get my hands on a wz.44 out of an import crate dated 1954, never fired, no scratches.

Idk if this would be considered a rifle or a cannon, but what I do know is it shoots this crazy 20x150mm round that looks like it could go straight through a small brick building and vaporize someone on the other side.

Did the Germans copy the Polish WZ35? Incidentally I was always told the origin of the roller-locked breach was actually a ball bearing locked breach the polish came up with and the germans thought it was worth investing more R&D into.

The Germans seem to have copied the idea of making the gun extra huge since they already had smaller AT guns in service by the time they had a chance to be disappointed by them.

are you confusing the post war roller-delayed CETME project (a continuation of early Mauser roller-locked designs that didn't really go anywhere) and various CZ roller-locked projects that actually became popular?

I wouldn't know, like I said I was told the Polish were first to use a bearing roller system to retard an action.
 
ATF got BTFO'd by District Court over the 80% rule. They're appealing but that's not likely to go anywhere.

Thanks, that's what I've been hearing too, can't go wrong with Howa. I like the whole Hera Arms space gat aesthetic so that works for me. My only minor issue with it was that it doesn't come with a rail but considering how affordable the rifle is, that's understandable.
