I have found what I believe to be the only other publicly available footage of a Stoner 96 being fired, the other clip featuring none other than Jerry Miculek. The footage appears to come from a TV show and is unfortunately utter dogshit quality.
The uploader has erroneously titled the video to indicate the gun being fired is a Stoner 63.

A Three part series on Semi auto conversions of bolt action rifles

Ivan Loomis of Kit Badger has put out a video that largely consists of a Q Engineer talking at length about design choices in the new 5.56 Honey Badger. What jumped out at me the most is that Q is using a 1/5 twist barrel, the same twist rate they use in the .300 BLK model.

GunCAD Dev Dinka Roubles has released his Groznt Bullpup AK Chassis. It may not be as good as a Kochevnik, Black Storm or Idlib Conversion but it is a hell of a lot more accessible (especially if you don't live in Ukraine or Syria or know a guy who can actually get you a Kochevnik kit ). 15 Years ago things like these would be manufactured in small quantities and sold in gun magazines by companies that would quickly go bankrupt, with modern technology these can be made by anyone who wants one in theoretically unlimited quantities at a low price both for equipment and per unit.

Staying on the 3D News I have come across two projects that are very intriguing, a Bullpup 10/22 Chassis ala the Desert Tech Trek-22 but with a pistol grip and a project inspired by the Volker VP-33 (a magazine adapter for 10/22 rifles which allow them to use Keltec CP-33 magazines, which can be extended to 50 rounds). Both projects are being undertaken by separate Devs (Damascus2A for the Bullpup, HF Designs for the magazine conversion). Both devs are collaborating to make sure that the Magazine adapter will work with the Bullup Chassis.

Saint Benitez finally overturned both the magazine bans and AWB bans.

The downside is that the 9th circuit is full of cunts, that are just making bullshit up at this point to not overturn.

Most likely they will be going to SCOTUS next year ideally but its a tough road to get rid of AWBs and Magazine restrictions.

And I wish total death on all those judges and Moms Demand Action karens and shitlibs and secular kikes.

It is indeed better than not having it. I can tell you that in a fight, especially close in like CQB distances, your magazine goes dry a lot faster than you might think. I can also tell you that rifles are far more lethal than pistols. Ask @Club Sandwich (assuming he's willing to comment at all) about it; he sounds as if he had a good amount of fights in buildings/urban areas.

both true. have a weapon you know and can use instinctively well enough to win a fight in the dark (know the controls, know its status, know how to clear a malfunction, know rounds on tap and its handling, et c), and preferably have friends/family with you that can do the same or nearly so. after that it's stacking the odds in your favor (you know your own home better than an intruder, you know where you can position yourself for an advantage behind sturdy doors/furniture or on a balcony).

ensure it's a good shot - it's not enough to avoid impropriety, but you have to be beyond any questioning of it. an intruder that breaks into your house during the night and enters deep enough to ignore verbal warnings and to obviously threaten your safety and the safety of your family is generally a good shot with proportional response (shoot to end the threat and no more than that, immediately evacuate and alert law enforcement if possible and specific you had a home invader who might be armed and you shot him and he needs medical assistance).

the biggest thanks i had when doing nasty things to nasty people was the guy squeezing my shoulder, or hand on my back as my backup. don't be the only one in your home that can defend it if you can help it at all because sometimes you're just not there, sometimes they're closer to the threat than you are, et c. if they're squeamish about it, ask yourself if they're really someone you can trust in terrible situations or liabilities, and if they're a liability have a plan to put them somewhere away from danger, escape the situation through an alternate exit with a task to alert authorities or friends. preferably friends you can rely on to help you not die.

Buy a Pmag 10/30 magazine and go to a state with no restrictions.

Get a drill from Home Depot and tear the small rivet at the bottom of the Pmag out.

Then buy floorplate and ranger plate from Amazon with 2 day shipping.

The spring in the 10/30 Pmag is the same as the 30 round magazine.

And it's legal in a state with no restrictions of sale.

If we're just talking smaller, a used Smith and Wesson J frame or Ladysmith in. 38 would do the job. They're pretty damn light, fit in a pocket easy with a Uncle Mike pocket holster, and there are MILLIONS in circulation. And .38 special out of a snubby, especially the old FBI load, is very time tested by police forces. Remington makes good batches. I got my model 36 for about 350.

CA PC 32310 (still in effect during appeal) bans importation (eg bringing in a de-rivited 10/30) and possession.

And if you were going into an unregulated state, why not just buy proper 30rnd mags while youre there?

I only said how someone living in a retarded state could buy a 10/30 and convert it to 30 in a free state.

This is unrelated to how much I hate Newsom and Bonta and the Californian Democrats and the Californian Republican governors in the 1980s and 1990s that passed these laws and the 9th circuit and Moms Demand Action and Shannon Watts and UC Davis and the Californian state legislature and the liberal cucks and Scott Weiner and other kikes that now want guns.

I wish death on all of them and hope they join Feinstein soon.

It is illegal like the guy above said to defy the edicts of the cocksuckers in charge of California, by using 1/8 Dremel from a local Home Depot to illegally remove the rivet.

Remember its illegal to use a 1/8 Dremel from Home Depot to remove the rivet within a state with restrictions like California.

You might go to jail and lose your mags and gunz.

Do not buy a 1/8 Dremel to drill through the magazine, you will be prosecuted.

I guess I just dont follow why one would want to go to a "free state" to punch out the rivet. If one is going to break the law via importation and possession, why not save oneself the gas/airfare and just break the same law via "manufacturing" without leaving the house?

I understand the reality of the situation but it's it really "breaking the law" when said "law" is illegal and unconstitutional to begin with?

Well, until it is officially ruled as such... Yes.

I'm making no judgement on one's choice to break a law, I simply think it's good practice to at least know what laws one may be breaking and how prosecution may be avoided. It's all fun and academics until those cuffs click shut, and wailing about "muh Constitution" is only going to get an eye roll from agents of the state.

That Californian Insider channel got demonitized by Jewtube recently.

While looking at their twitter feed, they had a short video with one of the sheriffs of California claiming that Newsom hasn't attended a single yearly sheriff's meeting for his entire time in office and is the first governor to break this tradition of attending them as well.

And Newsom has been in office for 5 years now, and passed that bill that basically was a middle finger to Bruen over CCWs.

The populace of this state has mentally been buck broken hard.

This sort of attitude has always confused me.

Home invasions have involved multiple people for a long time. It's not a new paradigm. The math for the invaders has always considered that, while you can save money doing it single-person, the risk isn't worth it amortized over many houses. You catch a slug once and you're out.

Professional robbers exist anywhere there's a decent number of people and poor policing.

You need a few shots per person in the worst case. Maybe not in the best case, but you should never plan your home defense plan around the best case.
