So earlier this month the UK passed a law that will ban the sale of tobacco to anyone born after 2008. This means that when someone born in 2009 turns 18, the tobacco purchasing age will be 19, when they turn 19 it will be 20, and so on, meaning they will never be legally sold cigarettes.

I'm wondering: Is this something that the anti-gun crowd might take inspiration from? It's sneaky because it's not technically a ban, the legal age to buy would just be raised by one year every year until everyone is "underage".

I also don't think them trying this is as unlikely as you might think, as a similar tobacco purchasing ban was recently upheld as lawful in Massachusetts. What would happen if, say, California tried to implement a similar ban for guns? Having legal age limits to purchase firearms (i.e 18 for rifles and shotguns and 21 for handguns) isn't considered to be in violation of the second amendment, so could a perpetual increase in the legal age to purchase stand up in court?

I could also see them trying this because it won't stop anyone who can currently legally buy guns from continuing to do so, and it's much easier to sell a ban that will stop other people from doing things than a ban that would apply to everyone.

It seems like the anti gun crowd just can't accept.

Niggers will always be niggers and always find a gun somewhere to play around with.

The one plinker that caught my eye when I was younger was the Beretta U22 Neos, I always thought it had a clunky sci-fi elegance to it.
Never cared how well it ran I just liked holding and fingerfucking it whenever I went by my LGS

I love organic looking polymer grips like that. I need to get me one of those.
I think it looks best in this colorway:

Old man has one.
Not fantastic but not terrible.
It... Exists.
It's comfortable and works the few times I've shot it.
Seems like most either like it or don't based on looks.

I doubt something like that would hold up in court since firearms ownership is (supposed to be) a Constitutionally protected right.

But age limits aren't considered to be an infringement of those rights. Hence why I think this could be used as a sneaky way to ban guns in the long-term without technically infringing on the second amendment.

I still don't think it would hold up.

As far as Beretta .22lr pistols, I always liked the one that kinda looks like the Auto 9 from RoboCop. It was one of their more expensive pistols back in the day at around $750, but I don't think they're in production any longer. I think they were called the 89 or 98, something like that.

Picked up the Sub2000 for my retard condor larping school shooter response rig
Took it to the range today and it was a joy to blast away with, even my wife enjoyed shooting it.

Everything fits like a glove in this bag and only weighs like 16 pounds

Wanting to pick up my first can due to the current turnaround times. Specifically wanting to get one for my SP5. Anyone got any recommendations? Price points aren't an issue, just have no idea if people like the cans that attach to the 3-lug or if you went with a different can and mounting system.

old school QD that relies on spring pressure and will have POI shifts every time you attach purely because it's a rough and ready solution. it's also unworkable for rifle cartridges due to the pressures involved.

stick with a Silencer Co or B&T suppressor with 1/2x32 threads and you can move it around easily enough with other factory suppressors, but if you're mixing with US produced gear then get an adapter for 1/2x28 to save yourself a headache.
