Anyone here used a jungle mag? Or any sort of device that has multiple mags clipped together?

Get an American Air Co. Night-time Nine. They're pretty solid and easy to clean. If you put it on a pistol tho you're gonna need a bushing because of the tilting barrel. If its just a PCC direct thread is fine. Idk about silencer shop ive never used them.Any suggestions on a reasonably priced suppressor for a 9mm? Also are companies like Silencershop the way to go? From what I understand they make filling out the paperwork really simple. I'm extremely ignorant when it comes to cans.
The closest I have are the 60rd Schmeisser mags for my AK. Same effect without having to switch them half way.Anyone here used a jungle mag? Or any sort of device that has multiple mags clipped together?

Colt Defense has their own design as part of the URG in the LE6940/CR6940, LMT sued them over it and won damages since the difference in barrel mounting wasn't sufficient and now Colt pays LMT a royalty in each one sold. they are similar enough that you can freely pick either one, and LMT has some lighter weight versions, however the 6940 is the only one affected. if Colt opts to sell the SCAR-C style monolithic upper, they wouldn't owe LMT anything as the piston operation also modified the pretty much the entire upper's mechanical design into something halfway between a Colt model 703 (long stroke system based on the AKM's take on the M1's gas system) and FN CAL and FNC (rotary bolt, long stroke) and the CETME-L's two piece piston assembly with locking "wedge" and gas relief bleed.LMT is the only company that sells a mono upper because the patent hasn't expired yet.
from experience, most guys who don't think twice on dropping money on expensive guns, ammo, and accessories are also the type more into cars, women, houses, and gambling or drugs than actually shooting and becoming proficient. the expensive gun may as well be a differently shaped watch. The guys who can afford a $2000+ rifle can also afford $1500 LPVOs and more ammo than they can shoot. You might have to make a choice between buying a gun and going to the range but they don't.
couple times (MP5, M4, once with AKM but not in combat). juice wasn't worth the squeeze imho and made reloading with muscle memory awkward as well as a good way to get fine sand all up in the follower and feed lips.Anyone here used a jungle mag? Why would you want to lock the bolt back with a loaded mag in the gun?>putting half of a bent paperclip on your gun
>dropping your mag when you want to lock the bolt back

I’ve used the Magpul couplers. Just keep an eye on the top round of the mag that’s not in the magwell. That top round can walk forwards and cause problems when you swap mags. You can rock the mag in like you are reloading an AK and it will push that round back into position.Anyone here used a jungle mag? Or any sort of device that has multiple mags clipped together?
I have an Omega 9K. They were pretty reasonable several years ago when I bought it. You can also run 300 blk with an 8” or longer barrel, and 7.62x39 with a 10” or longer barrel.Any suggestions on a reasonably priced suppressor for a 9mm? I've tried them but never found them satisfactory.Anyone here used a jungle mag? Or any sort of device that has multiple mags clipped together?
Many thanks in advance!Anyone have any experience with 3D printing assisted casting?
I now have access to an induction furnace and thus have come to the natural conclusion of building a cannon and mounting it to a truck.
when i first got my ak i taped two mags together. never used it outside of shooting at the range. i quickly stopped doing it. increased weight, made shooting prone awkward. when prone had to worry about dirt getting into bottom mag lips. and reloading wasnt any faster than using a chest rig. by the time you take the mag out, flip it around and line it up you could have just dropped the first mag and pulled one out of a chest rig.Anyone here used a jungle mag? Big part of why I pay as much as I do for radian lowers, press mag catch in and hold, then rack to lock the bolt back while the mag is already dropping (assuming it's not stuck as fuck, in which case then you move the hand from the now finished rack to the mag) is pretty great for mag related malfunctions, with as far as I can determine, zero disadvantages mechanically. The ability to lock the bolt back without taking your hand off the pistol grip is SO convenient.
I was thinking it would be good for a home defense gun. If someone kicks down your door youre not going to have time to put on a chest rig. But having extra ammo strapped on the gun could be useful. But yeah in the field it seems not optimal.when i first got my ak i taped two mags together. never used it outside of shooting at the range. i quickly stopped doing it. increased weight, made shooting prone awkward. when prone had to worry about dirt getting into bottom mag lips. and reloading wasnt any faster than using a chest rig. by the time you take the mag out, flip it around and line it up you could have just dropped the first mag and pulled one out of a chest rig.
overall not really worth it.
The inner retard in me sort of wants an M16 with a mag attached to the buttstock, mostly for the memes. If someone kicks down your door youre not going to have time to put on a chest rig. But having extra ammo strapped on the gun could be useful

at various times i have been tempted to get one of these for my ak. never have. i kind of feel that it would just get in the way and probably be awkward to get a mag out of.The inner retard in me sort of wants an M16 with a mag attached to the buttstock, mostly for the memes.

for home defense, sure. but the thing is i kind of feel if you are in a home defense situation you probably arnt going to need more than 30 rounds.I was thinking it would be good for a home defense gun. Buttstock pouches seem to be more trouble than they're worth, and those involve a nylon strap and a buckle rubbing on your face. The inner retard in me sort of wants an M16 with a mag attached to the buttstock, mostly for the memes.

They are kinda slow and awkward but really only get in the way if you try switching shoulders.at various times i have been tempted to get one of these for my ak. never have. i kind of feel that it would just get in the way and probably be awkward to get a mag out of.

but if you feel you need more, then i know plenty of companies make ar mags in excess of 30 rounds. might look into finding one of those which is reliable.
