I have no idea if those suppressors or real or not but I have to assume they are because there would be no reason to attach them otherwise, I would think they would be better utilized by some Stormtroopers however.

I spitballed a similar idea with a few guys from /k/ way back and we decided it would be a bit more plausible with .444 Marlin, due in part to the slimmer rim.
Of course I was poor as fuck so I didn't do anything with it, but these days you could probably send a few bills to an AK-adjacent shop and have it done pretty quickly.

Is this the most ingenious or most cursed stock of all times? A one-off prototype of a shortened RK-62 assault rifle done by a Finnish armoury.

Won't this burn out barrels much faster? Though, even if it does burn barrels faster most people don't shoot out their ar15 barrel to begin with. The further added cost of "proprietary technology" also makes me hesitant to believe Bill that it's here to stay. 300-400 fps gain out of a 16in barrel is cool and all, but I can just buy 77gr fairly cheap (commonly 50cpr from PSA) that will deliver its payload well without the added fps. Lots of give and take proposed with that new case and hotter ammo.

The VUK feels like a Galil Ace at home though, and like most PSA items, the 1st run is going to suck. If they can keep the price down and not have bad QC then it'll be sick.
Yep. Hopefully they finally announce the Saber jakl at SHOT next week
Ahahahahha
Looks like generic nearfuture sci-fi gun, not sure what to think about it but from PSA I'd be hesitant to drop on Esamir with it if I don't see the guts and potential failure points.

Looks neat.... A fine meme rifle tbh.

I'm guessing long stroke gas piston from the JAKL or PSAK
OCL continues to fix people's dead air cans when dead air is ghosting people with their shitty CS. They are definitely cool.

Ahaha

Silencerco chads keep winning
It's QC is probably going to initially suffer cause PSA has way too much shit going on at once and their qc department probably looks like this
Yeeeppp

Don't forget their new shotgun and the new 5.7mm MP7 clone thingy.

😫

If Bendy Bill could make ammunition that only Geissle guns could shoot, he would.

He'd call it "Super duper ammo" or something

just how shitty is the VP70 really?

how bad did officer Leon have it in raccoon city?
I'm surprised they didn't give Leon some kind of glock lookalike considering glocks were already well being issued at the point where the game takes place, and he's already been through academy, So he should have been issued his handgun. Maybe they wanted to be unique idk.

The standard issue sidearm for Raccoon City PD was the Browning HP, which is why Claire had one. She took it off a dead street cop. IIRC the reason Leon had the VP70 was because it was either his personal pistol, or he was transferring to RPD from a different PD. I think a Walther P5 or P88 would have been a more interesting choice for him, but then it wouldn't have been able to accept the burst-fire stock as an upgrade. That there is the real reason the devs chose it.

Should have been a Beretta 93R instead.

I think they saved that one for Code Veronica. The only Raccoon Police officers who used any Beretta sidearms were STARS, and those were custom for their team. Besides, the 93r wouldn't make as much sense gameplay-wise since it comes with the burst fire as standard, not an optional upgrade.

mediocre accuracy with bizarre inverted sights, stapler trigger, extremely robust and reliable, works very well as a post sample (i have a converted VP70Z with the VP70M's stock and modified the slide to accept it together with a shop made disconnector). it's also heavy, clunky and awkward to hold. i got it due to seeing "Aliens" in theater rather than the Resident Evil games, but it's a cool gun nonetheless.

Does anyone in this thread know of any good videos or playlists on youtube (preferably) or somewhere else that break down the AR-15? Like a good in-depth guide on components, operation, and maintenance? I've been looking for a good series to show a family member of mine that I'm teaching to shoot, but youtube's search algorithm is so fucking gay that all I can find is grifters trying to sell me lowers and optics.

If this is actually your load out.... Hell yes. Long stroke piston 5.56mm rifle and a Casio 🥹

An excellent movie choice featuring the VP70.

Now for the real questions, I'll be building a 6.5mm CM rifle in a chassis master this year.

It'll probably be a Tikka T3x ctr 24 inch plus.... Either a KRG X ray or a KRG whiskey 3 chassis.

X-ray is lighter and more plastic, X-ray is heavier and more aluminum.

Between the two, which one or should I go with another brand?

And a bonus about magazines

Anything in the channels are good. I've met Mike (Mrgunsngear) and his overview guides are great. Eg. Building a budget ar or ar basics)

Makes sense. Some places even after glock started being adopted were slow to change to the brick, whether that be due to bureaucratic or personal preference reasons.
