So sometimes I browse r/milsurp and recently people have posted pictures of rifles they bought from Royal Tiger Imports..........I cannot understand why people continue to give money to Uli Wiegand after obviously having Ian McCollum in his pocket and the fiasco with the IO AK's and blatantly lying to Rob Ski. Retards (I mean it is reddit lol) are turning themselves into niggers by spending a lot of money for guns cleaned and lubricated with camel shit.
and by chance I came across this video.
Because MUH Gun Jesus - redditards

IO literally makes AK shaped grenades.

RTI imports guns that might fire and are in essentially one piece.

So SIG has two P320 models that allegedly passed the tests to get on the CA roster.

Huh.

Got the 92gts about a month back. Have to say I am very happy with it after about 500 rounds through it. I know people cry about having the decocker on the frame but I find it fits my hand better. Other then that it's just a good Ole 92. Been using it as my carry and it fits well and doesn't crush my balls. Have parts coming in tomorrow but it's just the standard 92 changes of a new trigger, trigger bar, and I'm going for a #12 hammer spring. Eventually gonna swap the barrel out at some point for a threaded inox. Gotta have the classy samurai edge even if the decocker is in the wrong spot.

I've only got one SIG, a P226 TacOps. It's been a good gun, but it's also about ten or twelve years old now and was made when SIG still gave a shit. They used to be right up there with HK in quality, but ever since they opened their US branch and started getting US military and government contracts they seem to have just given up.

What are the more reputable semi-auto shotguns on the market? I'm looking at both new and second hand, mostly in the big brands (I've been warned about cheap turkish shotguns). Are inertia systems really worth the easier clean-up?

Generally can't go wrong with the Italians. Beretta and Benelli. Gas guns do require cleaning more often, but are often designed for easier disassembly so the cleaning goes faster. Found it not to be a huge factor for me, I got an older Beretta A303 and I'm happy with it.

Benelli and Beretta.

The M4 system from Benelli and the A400 and A300 systems from Beretta are 100% awesome.

I personally have the Beretta 1401 Comp Pro shotgun (using the A400 gas system) and it's amazing. Gas operated and while not quite as maintenance "free" as the M4's inertia driven system it's really good.

Beyond that.... There are Turkish shotguns that 100% clone the Benelli M4 system but the issue is QC and fitment aren't always great. Eg. You could get a $500 Turkish shotgun that runs just as well at a $1500 Benelli or you get one that's a giga POS..... Who knows 😅

You know you kinda need to give a budget your working with here. The current creme de la creme would be the beretta 1901 mod 2. The m4 is about the same without some of the nice features that come factory. 1901 is popular so you will also have the pick of parts and upgrades for it. The m4 after market is kind of a ball crusher for no good reason. They're about $2000 which is about the high end for normal off the rack stuff.

Then you have the beretta a300 ultima patrol which is a diet 1301 in all ways. But half the price. And being a diet 1301 means you're still the best shotgun at that price.

Step that down you have a mossbergs 930 and 940. I always hear thing about mossberg kinda being bleck nowadays. But I also hear good things about the 940 and they are probably the best you can get for cheaper then beretta. Never shot them so that's just hearsay on my part.

Overall for "reputable" Just get Beretta. Turk shit is a none factor when it comes to "reputable" but they do make fun range toys. But outside of that couldn't tell you much about them.

That's 2 mentions of the A300 and 3 of Beretta, and it was already on my list, so I'm gonna look into those I think. I'm buying it for hunting personally, but I imagine a hardened criminal (not me I'm an upstanding citizen :) ) would be able to switch the tube easily to have a higher capacity. Or do they do wacky stuff to prevent that on models sold in more strict countries?
edit : just saw that only the ultima patrol is compatible with the magazine extension sold by Beretta, I assume other models don't have the threaded part to put it in...

They're spendy, but the FosTech Origin 12 is an excellent shotgun. I love mine. They're based on the Kalashnikov/Saiga 12, but better in every way, and they have an adjustable gas system so you can tune the shotgun the way you want it. It's box magazine/drum fed and one of the few shotguns of that type that are reliable because FosTech took the time to design proper mags and drums for it. Feeding from box mags is what attracted me to the Origin 12 because I'm used to rifles and I figured it would be easier for me to get used to the Origin 12 with my muscle memory as opposed to learning another manual of arms with a tube mag.

Gosh so much to chat about with shot show and all.

Also planning my next (already) buy for v day long story but past 15 years I protest and get drunk buy a gun.

I do have a question before I do a lot of running around or getting into my thoughts of shot, replying to anyone etc (I'm low on caffeine and not really all with it)

That turk g force shotgun pops got its clearly a. 870 clone. They have an m4 style stock but it's pricy. It's an 870 clone. Will something made for one fit on?

Any adjustments needed? If so I'm pretty handy with this stuff but also I'm lazy and doing it for pops on a Jannie salary. So not much motivated to do lots of sanding etc.

Hope all's well with my gat frenz.

Ian has pissed off the (former) meth head.

Anybody have any opinions on the Tisas 1911 Raider?
They're okay. I'd personally recommend you save a bit more money and get either an RIA Tac model (not bad at all), or a used Springfield Ronin or Operator.
5.56 lives and dies on velocity.

Outside of an AR-15 it is pretty dumb not to use a 20" barrel, especially if you want the best terminal ballistics for hunting purposes. You lose way less with 18" vs 16". It's why the MK12 is 18" vs 16".
You're not wrong but I don't think the velocity difference between the two barrel lengths matters all that much in the roles these rifles would fill.
Shotshow can be hype?
If you're big into overpaying for drinks at Circle Bar, catching some sort of communicable illness, and seeing the industry market some very dumb shit, then yes it's hype.

Hopefully they go the way of Colt. I do wish I'd been smart enough to pick up an 8" 9mm MPX when they made those. Oh well.

To me, in descending order: Beretta 1301 (especially if you can spring for an LTT upgraded one), Benelli (M4, M2, M1 Super 90 if you're a movie gun fag like me), Mossberg 940, Remington 11-87 (I want to be able to use 3" shells when I want to).
Since we are talking about shotguns. I know fuck all about optics I would like someone who is knowledgeable to give me the straight answer. Saving up for my own 1301 after playing with my buddies for a while. An eotech xps3 on it, retarded, or is it based.
Eotech makes a good sight. No clue how much utility you'd get out of their choice of reticle for a shotgun. Somebody else in the thread likely knows better but I'm doubtful an XPS3 would be a bad choice.

Thinking of picking up this Gen 2 Belgian police Glock from Atlantic Firearms. Currently going for $430. Do you guys think I should go for it or should I spend extra on a newer Glock with more modern features (like a Gen 5 17 or a 47)?IMG_2500.jpegIMG_2501.jpeg

Depends on your use case but I think this is more for the weirdo Glock collectors.
If price is a big deal, pick up a newer police trade-in with a rail so you at least have the choice of mounting a light.

I've got a ridiculous 930 snow goose gun - 13-shot tube, Kryptek Arctic (lol) camo and some mods from OR3Gun. It's a bit rattly-feeling, but I shoot pretty well with it and it goes bang every time. Next scattergat pickup will definitely be something more Italian-flavored.
