Green tipped? Nah. Sneed tipped with a cheese core.Damn, 1000 pages!
I wonder what the price per page on that is. Is the thread FMJ? Is it green tipped? Regardless, it’s probably not good in this economy!
Shit's fucked. Unless you find one that's been refinished or beat up it's going to be about 1.2k and that's post WW1.1903 Pocket Hammerless
Gunbroker has many offers, but some are sus indeed. I swear the right side of the slide reads .380?I want the 1903 Pocket Hammerless
Yeah a quick visit with o GunBroker showed me that.... Praying I can find a good one at a gun showShit's fucked. Unless you find one that's been refinished or beat up it's going to be about 1.2k and that's post WW1.
Yep they made them in .380 later on in addition to the correct caliber, .32Gunbroker has many offers, but some are sus indeed. I swear the right side of the slide reads .380?
I have precisely zero use for those blow-molded cases and they just become landfill.Unironically accurate.
I don't really care about the box a gun comes in.
Now I like a nice plastic molded case but it's not mandatory.
I do enjoy my S&W hard plastic remover boxes.
The only type of case I might use.Know who makes good cases? FN, my 509 came in a zip case that looks like those trapper keepers for bibles and the High Power has a multi magazine pouch on one side and secondary pocket on the other side soft case.
I need a picture of this. Does it come with airbrushed art of a tropical sunset while twin dolphins joyfully do flips?zip case that looks like those trapper keepers for bibles
It's this but in black, it's got a spine on it to create the space.I need a picture of this. Does it come with airbrushed art of a tropical sunset while twin dolphins joyfully do flips?
I fucking hate those shitty plastic cases, I'd rather have the gun and documents come in a frustratingly thick clamshell package because I can at least throw it away completely guilt free after I open it.
I wish I had someone as friendly and accommodating as you appear to be when I had started. The cases they ship handguns in were useful when I was moving into my house. Just packed them all into the cases. I gave them all to another buddy who was moving afterwords because they just take up space otherwise.
Youngest brother has been going to the range with me a lot lately and wants to get his first gun. I think I'm more excited than he is, but I'm going to bring out a bunch of my handguns/rent a few different types I don't own to see what he's most comfortable shooting. Looking forward to it.
Besides him being family, I love taking new shooters to the range. I also didn't have anyone to steer me right when I started and I sunk a lot of money into shitty guns that I regretted buying. If I can get someone to enjoy shooting and not be a nuisance/liability to everyone else at the range then I consider it a win. Plus it's an excuse to get out to the range.I wish I had someone as friendly and accommodating as you appear to be when I had started.

My FN FNX came in a real nice zippered case...Know who makes good cases? FN, my 509 came in a zip case that looks like those trapper keepers for bibles and the High Power has a multi magazine pouch on one side and secondary pocket on the other side soft case.
I've told so many people when asked "Just buy a Glock dude." who then proceeded to not that I don't even bother with advice anymore.I love helping people get into guns, but it's hard sometimes. It's not that they don't listen only to your advice and do exactly what you say, I always try to be super broad and practical for a reason. I feel like people often do a 180 to the stupidest decisions possible and all your help and advice is discarded completely because they saw something on social media. They end up learning a lesson but it often turns them away from guns for a while. I think I've also just had awful experiences with people. My favorite are the gamelands group who brought a bunch of guns and then the lead "instructor" asked me how you take the magazine out of one, while also teaching people to teacup said pistol very confidently. I took over and showed them correctly only for the red dot on their hellcat to also not have a battery in it. I left shortly after. Who's guns were they? A mystery
My 40 USP has the old hard gray molded case the one I believe they got in trouble for about their slogan, they made another back then it was like a aluminum Halliburton fucking looked awesome try to find one now they're as much as USP alone.HK for whatever reason decided to sell the EXACT same cases on their webstore, just with their branding instead of FN's for $30 apiece.
