Guy on reddit is working on making B&T APC-9 FRT trips, only modifications needed is a small cut to be made on the upper which the designer says can be done at home with a dremel and the the FRT to be slightly modified. Works with both the RB and DTT FRT's. No super safety compatibility but designer hopes this will pave the way for it (not an expert but you might need a custom lower). Unsure of GHM-9 compatibility/feasibility but he is working on testing that. Currently only operates in Safe/FRT but he's working on a 3 pos cam. He's also said it's compatible with Lingle Industries lowers
AS Designs is working on a similar thing but for the GHM-9 and super safety compatible
A look at the baffle stack of a Rex Silentium MG7 that had a catastrophic failure at 190 rounds rapid semi auto on a 11.5 Colt IAR (muzzle device is an unstated Rearden Atlas Mount, Adapter was a Wolfpack Recessed Nighthowler ((probably responsible for some of the blast baffle wear)
Blast Baffle, Owner said that the can was "basically brand new" and that he had only shot "A couple" of mags through it with his Galil of unknown barrel length and muzzle device

If you're talking about this style
Then yes, I've heard anecdotal reports that it can be a problem. However, I'm 98% sure there's a company that will weld in a short length of steel pin to close up that little barrel hole for like $75. Problem is I don't remember the name of the company.
Niche question that probably nobody has ever thought about collecting data for to answer regarding machinepistols and compensators
There should be a measurable (though probably small) decrease in rate of fire between any tilting barrel machinepistol with and without a compensator, right? As compensators as a side effect of their function should ever so slightly delay unlocking via keeping the barrel locked ever so slightly longer.
