This might be a dumb question to ask but what's the legality of target shooting in public wilderness or WMA zones in the state of Florida? If it's legal, where would be the best places to do so? All my local ranges near me are operated by old jaded FUDDs who hate their jobs

Look up the rules in the specific regions, there are places that don't allow any sort of targets be put up aside from paper etc.

it sucks but the answer I would give you is don’t. Florida has only indoor ranges that suck cock and this state has gun laws on par with New Jersey. If you can stand to drive a little, Ocala has a very nice, unsupervised facility in the Natl forest that goes out to 100 yards. I think it’s one of the few in the state that’s public. Almost always empty on weekdays too.

Fuck no. Same with any open source project. They are dead weight and their only contribution are being whiny, obnoxious, demanding faggots who use an imaginary label to deflect from interpersonal conflict. If you disagree with them then you aren't just someone who has a disagreement, you're a "transphobe" whos LITERALLY murderciding xem.

It's one thing to laugh at trannies on the Farms. It's another to have to actually have to navigate environments that these disgusting creatures inhabit.

I can't believe it took me this long to realize but I genuinely think the main reason why someone "becomes" transgender is these fuckers LOVE having power over others. They love making YOU walk over eggshells as not to offend them. They just love it. Same people who put "DEFEND EQUALITY' stickers on their magazine or LARP as an "anarchist".

I fucking hate them. I fucking hate them so God damn much. I'm sorry if this isn't on topic to the thread but these freaks are just everywhere now and they are increasingly becoming prevalent on many 3D2A projects.
They are also actively ruining comics, gaming, and Linux.

Have you ever wanted a Beretta 93R, but then had the crushing reminder that you don't have $130,000 (One hundred and thirty thousand) dollars to buy a Transferable example? (And let's be honest here $130k for dumb toy is retarded)
When I win the Lottery, if I get over a certin amount I will buy TWO 93Rs. One will be a Resident Evil clone.

The other will be a Robocop Auto-9 clone
Well it looks great. At least 9mm is cheap and you can get some big mags for it. I think the .45 version is also cool, but I understand your reasoning.

I'm glad the Ruger RXM has turned out well and isn't JUST another clone, it has its own style and shit. It's a 9mm I actually want.
the 9mm Vector is probably the one to get IMHO... Just wish it was full auto

the RXM is not just a glock clone, it's a GOOD striker fired 9mm that happens to be compatible with a LOT of Glock parts. If I didn't have a Dagger, I'd get one.
I don't remember exactly when but a couple months ago (maybe January based on a post on X?) He had an autistic meltdown because some random fosscad dwellers (literally just some guys, not even anyone in any position of power in the subreddit) I guess were (from his perspective) kind of rude to him regarding his plan to keep some parts of the MBAR closed source (which is his choice seeing as how he designed it, and from what I remember the parts he planned to keep closed source were the ones 99.99% of people don't have the capability of DIYing, like the MBAR's receiver) while allowing other components to be open source (the modular magazine well system, for example.). After this autistic meltdown he closed sourced everything. Well I guess this resulted in the formation of an autistic vendetta that only an Internet Libertarian could hold and he's claiming to have tattled to the reddit Jannies about the Field Army worth of Fosscad Kiddies under their noses.
This is why I despise the gun printing "community". Dumbfuck autists and trannies ruin it for everyone.
3D2A stuff has been so thoroughly co-opted by trannies and other bad actors that this doesn’t surprise me in the least.

I am so fucking tired of these people man.
Same here man. Military history spaces, planes, trains, boats, fucking BICYCLES..... anything male dominates and slightly off mainstream = tranny central
I just got a Surefire Ryder 22-S. Picked it up Monday. I really liked the overall package with it coming with a suppressor pouch and disassembly tools. I wanted a can that was user serviceable since .22lr is notoriously dirty. I just got a Franklin Armory F22 pistol, which is basically a Ruger 10/22 copy, though of a higher quality than a stock Ruger 10/22, and it comes with a binary trigger pack. So it has a selector switch that goes from safe, to standard semi-auto, to binary mode where it will fire on the pull of the trigger AND when you release the trigger.

The Ruger Mark IV (or any pistol in the Ruger Standard/Mark series) are basically the gold standard for semi-auto .22lr pistols, but there are some others that are good. The Browning Buckmark is another good option. I've heard good things about the Taurus TX22, especially the Competition model.

I'd highly suggest checking out Silencer Shop's website. They have a section for just rimfire suppressors. The individual pages for each suppressor will give you the specs, what they're rated for, and even what materials they're made of. Some personal suggestions are the Surefire Ryder 22-S, the Energetic Armaments Nyx 2.0, the SilencerCo Switchback, and the Griffin Armament Checkmate HD and Optimus Micro.

Edit: Shhh!

Good GOD Franklin charges over $700 for a 10/22 clone :O

As for Ruger, I want a Mk 4 22/45 BADLY

Back before I fucked off to here I used R/Guns and its infested with random femboy dick mixed in with actual guns. I didn't enjoy the fucking Mexican ass when I was schizo rambling about my AR-15 platform you fucking mods. Stop thirsting for boy bussy you faggots.

It's not just a 10/22 clone. It comes standard with a binary trigger pack. That alone is $400. If you were to build something similar starting with a stock Ruger Charger, buy the binary trigger pack, buy the SB Tactical chassis and brace, you'd be getting pretty close to the asking price of the Franklin F22, and you still wouldn't have the upgraded bolt and all the tuning that Franklin does so that their F22 runs reliably in binary mode. So you'd also have the additional cost of getting an upgraded bolt and sourcing all the parts to tune it yourself to get it to run reliably. Yes, it's more than a stock 10/22, but when you factor in the whole package and then price out how much it would cost to build it yourself, it actually works out to be a fair price, plus all the time and money you'd save not having to source the parts to tune a stock 10/22 to run well with a binary trigger.

I need a serious piece of advice from serious shooters: I have a Pre-Garcia Sako Finnbear in 7mm Rem Mag. It has a custom trigger job, and a 28" mini-bull with a muzzle break. I would rather take the hit in my shoulder, vs. the crack of a shot(even with ear protection). This is a serious question, would hope for a serious answer.
I'm willing to take the recoil, but my dad spent thousands to customize the gun.
If I understand your question, this isn't really something that can be answered by one of us. If this was your father's rifle that he gifted to you, or you inherited, its really up to you what you value more; shoot ability, or the sentimental value. If you prefer to reduce the report of the rifle, take the rifle to a gun smith to see if the muzzle break can simply be removed without serious alteration to the rifle. I don't have experience in this area, so someone like @Club Sandwich could help you. If you want to leave the rifle as is, double up on ear protection, and only shoot outdoors.

Lots of good outdoor ranges in FL. Dm me if you want some recommendations.

ETA: here is some examples of my recent range trips.

Florida can suck for outdoor shooting. I was gonna buy some land the next real estate crash just to shoot on.

Ideally you join a private gun club. Gotta do an initiation meeting at most places and pay a fee; but it's about the next best option. They are dotted around the state.

As someone mentioned, there are a few state ranges like Ocala are ok but it can be dependent on the day. In North Central Florida, Triple-N-Ranch goes out to 200yd but if it's anything like Teneroc you usually have RSOs and ROF restrictions.

Ares in leesburg goes out to 400 on the public range with steel at 100 yard intervals. They also have an 800 yard range and private bays, but you have to be a member for those.

Luigi used a Printed Glock with a Printed Suppressor (Chairmanwon frame and an FTN Suppressor respectively). The hysteria has been surprisingly muted, internet conspiracy theorists say that the relative silence is coordinated as to not spread the word far and wide that you can make the exact gun Luigi did (I don't really agree with this)
I think it probably has more to do with Luigi's popularity on the left and even certain parts of the right. If anything, Luigi's association with Ghost Guns would popularize them, and that's what they don't want. Not necessarily just the knowledge that yes, you can do this, but that this relatively well regarded murderer used it to kill one of the most hated murder victims in recent memory.

It says something that I didn't even know this before reading your post. I just assumed it was the usual every-handgun-is-a-Glock media thing.

Yes, that is two precisely machined and profiled gas seals held in place with a clamp designed around use with a threaded barrel revolver and a suppressor. ATF declared them to be such a dangerous item that you need to submit you fingerprints, Photo, pay a $200 tax, engrave and register A serial number and undergo an enhanced background check.

In a recent article he wrote, Larry Vickers brought something up I can find no information about online. He claims (without giving much detail) that Delta Force has been Playing with the Surefire MGX in 6mm ARC. Now I'm not the smartest guy but that sounds retarded. The MGX is an open bolt, magazine fed constant recoil machinegun. 6mm ARC is a precision cartridge that feeds from special, sometimes reduced capacity magazines. Unless Surefire whipped up a modified version of their old 5.56 quad stacks for 6mm ARC I don't see the point (not to mention why would delta force adopt what is essentially a Super RPK/Ameri-Ultimax when they have access to the KAC LAMG?)

Do some research on the legality in your specific area, don't ask here.

Every outdoor range I went to in FL had ROF restrictions posted, because of the unholy combination of millions of boomer retirees and millions of unruly blacks and browns, FL ranges are all giga-fudd territory despite having very 2A friendly gun laws. I don't mind RSOs, but I hate not being allowed to do even a double taps, at the same time I understand why the RSOs are power tripping on stringent rules there because if they allow people to have fun it'll be a matter of days before the undesirables show up and start sending bullets out of the bounds of the range. If I wanted to do slow fire bullseye shooting, I'd have been in my back yard with an air pistol.
