I guess you think the Feds would have been justified in just carpet bombing everyone who showed up armed at the Bundy Ranch (Pointing guns at the feds) and everyone who showed up to January 6th should have been mowed down.

It’s not about deserved or not deserved. It’s about what is likely to happen as a result of your actions.

And as for a short view of history, you seem to be forgetting one of the earliest examples of this in our history. All five British soldiers charged for the Boston massacre walked. Because it turns out throwing rocks and snowballs at line infantrymen isn’t a very good idea.

The purpose of a trial is public accountability and upholding the rule of law, even if people don’t like the outcome. So no, I’d rather not short cut that process.

If the right keeps behaving like anti-constitutional thugs and their online advocates keep justifying heinous shit, the swing back to the left will be severe. Or you really will get some sort of socialist Marxist revolution. I’d rather not live under right or left authoritarianism but yall are hell bent on creating it one way or another.

They nonetheless were publicly held accountable through a trial process, and the British nonetheless kept pissing the colonists off enough that the revolution started 5 years later when the “legitimate government” moved to seize weapons from an “armed extremist group”.

Many Americans see it for what it is. These weren’t random acts of violence. These are well coordinated groups with the Walz government going out to deliberately interfere with deportations. Admin’s message is dumb but using your black bloc deescalation tactics while armed is far dumber. Especially when your pals have created a scenario of noise and confusion.

It’s really dishonest to frame it like he was just a random guy on the street trying to help. And it’s what the commies in Walz’s government want to frame it as because it helps them. They tell you ICE isn’t law enforcement and has no control over you to encourage these exact scenarios.

despite the many smoking guns, there is no legal "smoking gun" causing all of these 320s to go off. No one can reproduce the exact situation where these go off on their own,
Sig will fight this, and probably win or settle, there is enough mud in the water for the Ice agents, to get off, unless there is video of the 320 going off because the agent carrying it pulled the trigger, they may try to get him for something like manslaughter or something depending on how it's defined, but I'm almost certain this specific case would be covered under qualified immunity.

This is just one more case making sig look retarded

IDK, The local post is pretty close to me so i see a lot of State police and none have ever had a dot on their Glock 9mm and .40cals. I remember when i was a kid some of the old boys still had S&W 10mm DA/SA guns and M14s in their crown vics. The 10mm replaced their 686 .357s. I've been on the lookout for a KSP marked S&W for awhile.

They're perennially cash-poor agency (except for the SWAT teams) wide so all their old stuff gets run into the ground. or maybe troop-east just doesn't get as much budget as troop-west

Not to shit up the thread more but the current comparisons of Bundy ranch and Pretti is funny to me, because people like you are unconsciously saying these two events are similar. The Bundy ranch standoff had todo with BLM (not the niggers) rounding up cattle, the Pretti confrontation has todo with ICE rounding up nigger cattle. Bundy was sovereign citizen retards, Pretti no-one is illegal on stolen land retards.
