I think people who get into feuds and resort to doxing each other over said petty feuds is really fucking gay so usually when I see this happen I PM them with some OPSEC tips and how to remove shit and stay anonymous, which was what I did with @Meiwaku. Basically, the hobbyist buys unfinished parts and assembles, paints, and clothes the dolls to their own satisfaction. The ball joints make the dolls more poseable, with a wider, almost human-like range of motion. Since it's more of a craft rather than just a collectible, the potential for customization attracts a lot of pervs that want to make big-titted zombie girls or build out their fursona or whatever other godless abominations people can make out of tiny little 7 or 8 inch tall poseable dolls. Weebs like them because I think the whole thing started in Japan or China.

My mom used to make them and she'd buy a lot of her parts in China but idk if it's because it started there, or because the parts were cheap. People also sell the finished dolls, they're ridiculously expensive even for just random parts. Some of them were very creepy-looking.
