Quiet no more! Marl changed his fucking name. I was searching court records looking for proof of their divorce--still can't find any, but I can't find shit in the Nevada dockets at all. What I DID find is an Arkansas civil case for one Jayson Tylor Garcia, changing his name to "Lycus Argent Woods" on the 24th of July this year.

So pk initially filed to changed her name on June 5th, eevee on the 15th, and then marl did his on july 24th. Then they filed for divorce on august 8th. Another strange thing listed in the docs is that it says they were seperated in January of 2015 and have lived apart since then.

When (from what we know) they fled NV together and went to live at his parents house just this year after the dogfucking logs went up.

I assume that Marl and PK made an agreement with one another over what to say to make the divorce go as smoothly as possible, so they probably just lied about their living situation to the courts. If they had actually been living apart for that long, PK and Eevee would have used the ol' "We'd already cut ties with Marl years ago!!!!" thing in their defense, but that was never brought up in any of their twitter spergs, lol.

What's super aggravating is that they're definitely going to say "kf doesn't believe glip is divorcing marl!!" and try to paint us as idiots when they know the reason why. They know they all changed their names. Obviously we wouldn't know they actually filed for divorce, because it was literally impossible to find proof of a divorce between "melanie herring" and "jayson garcia". Those records don't exist, because they changed their fucking names.

No no, they said on the documents that they've been living separately since that date, not that they divorced on that date. The actual divorce was recently, after they changed their names. But there's no evidence that they were actually living separately, so they may have just lied about that in order to get the divorce through.

So they lied to the government to get their divorce, and changed all their names to the same last name to avoid further doxxing, which spooked them so bad they had to move.

Can we just make them move every two months when we find out their new names and new house? Time will tell.

Part of me wonders if Marl changed his name so quickly after the announcement as a last “fuck you” to PK and Eevee. Look at the dates of their name changes and the divorce proceedings. PK and Eevee filed name change paperwork within a few days of each other (the shared surname makes sense given she and Eevee supposedly got engaged a month before making her separation from Marl public), but Marl’s comes a full month after theirs and on the heels of PK forcing him to write a public apology absolving her of all guilt. Given the divorce paperwork was filed just two days after Marl’s name change was approved, I’m assuming his actions forced her to wait while the courts processed his request.

And now, despite their divorce, PK and Marl share a last name, something they never did the entire ten years they were married. Unless she and Eevee want to blow another $300 to get their names changed again.
