But in Eevees case, the real question should have been "How long have you been wearing dresses?" because that is what being a girl appears to boil down to in his mind. Which is odd, given he lives with a person who mix and matches stereotypical female and male traits as she pleases.

Eevee still thinks he's the 15 year old teen jailbait he used to be and is dressing accordingly. His interest in Children Having Sexual Autonomy seems to stem from the fact that he doesn't want to acknowledge that he was statuory raped at a con as a child, and the fantasy that he is still that child. This is why he can say HE'S not a pedophile and believe it despite his documented interest in and defense of Little Kids Getting Fucked.

I've said it before and I'll say it again: eevee is an autogynephile. hence, the obsession with superficial "girly" things and pink fetish items rather than presenting and behaving like an adult.

(there's a lot of problematic issues with autogynephila as a concept/how it's been used historically, but I truly think it's a useful term in this case.)

some of that info seems old, but I don't recognize things after the Azure Heights website, a couple of posts he made also seem to link to a nonexistant Nelcorp website that points to being his, since the URL's do mention his name, which I found interesting. That Azure Heights website seems pretty standard, and that account has the exact same writing style as he does today which is unsurprising. I wonder how much non-indexed websites he registered to though...
