This might be a minor point (no pun intended), but I can't help but be amused by Eevee liking the post where a fan tries to start some moral outrage about "trolls" posting excerpts from the latest porn comic in the main Floraverse tag. Because minors might see it.

It's not like all three of the primary PK harem were totally, openly cool with minors on their adult sites or anything.

Unrelated sidenote, but god. Why is PK writing comics- literally writing them. She crams so much dialogue and text onto the pages that the drawings are almost distracting. They don't support each other at all-which is the whole point of a comic.

The walls of text really do bother me in her comics, it's like Eevee writes them. It would be a lot better if she spread it out on more pages or just...you know shorten i? You really don't need that much text to convey something especially when you have illustrations to make your point.

PK really underestimates the use of body language in her art. That can't show when you have talking heads and text walls.

Ignoring the horserape comic aspect for a moment, her comics in general would be better off with more body language and less text, shortened or perhaps stretched out over a few pages. More showing these "fantastical critters" instead of having them yak on and on for eighteen pages.

PK really just needs to slow down and take her time planning things out instead of rushing in to give herself a surprise. That's not how you run a successful comic. That's how you fuck yourself over, your fans should be the ones surprised, not you. Writers are the ones with the plans, while readers are shocked and awed by well-done plot twists and execution of events.

Besides, isn't the best thing for a writer simply plotting that one event that will distress readers and start a discussion, though not in a bad way? The biggest reaction I've ever seen Floraverse get discussion-wise was when people realized PK wrote and illustrated a rape scene.

Without a doubt Orobas is going to try and get the pool noodle in Beleth somehow. She's already violated the naive, virginal Amdusias so an agender asexual without genitals will just be the next challenging conquest for the little rape fiend.

Also, does PK just not believe in backgrounds as a concept? Or do all her characters only perceive movement? Are we just supposed to guess where everything takes place by the precise shade of magenta?

I love how she's drawing even more attention to these characters, she's digging herself into a hole and no matter what she does to try and fix the "relationship" between them nothing will work in her favor. Problem is, it seems she's hellbent on trying to get her fans to "see past" the rape with the least amount of effort possible while simultaneously destroying what little character her magenta blobs had left. I predict that we'll be seeing Orobas and Amdusias for a long, long time, but I wonder how many more fans she'll lose in the process.

I honestly wonder about PK, considering Beleth is very obviously a self insert and what her alias is centered around. What really gets to me is Beleth's whole "being piloted by a child", and having that whole innocence about sex and romance and the like thing going on.

As a writer, I've found that many of my characters that have gone through terrible trauma can be linked back to my own subconscious. (For example, one of my own characters has a crippling fear of women. That's linked to abuse I went through.) Speaking with other writers has shown this as well, whether they initially realize it or not.

But again, this makes me wonder about PK and why exactly she relates to Beleth most. Beleth is ace/aro, agender, doesn't understand romance or sex, thinks Orobas' rape story is cute, and is literally controlled by a little kid. I can only wonder what in the hell this says about PK's subconscious.
