I mean it's very clear at this point that Glip doesn't see people as people, only as characters that she can exploit for ad revenue and sympathy.
Glip has never seen people as people from the beginning. She uses people to make these poorly drawn comics so she can keep her fan base happy even if it means tearing apart the members of her own fan base to keep them happy. She claims they are "fun" because it's not about her feelings or being torn apart herself, rather it being someone else's who she doesn't give a shit about. It's all about her own pity party and making herself look good in front of others who look up to her, even if it means destroying someone else in the process for her little pity party.
His name was Slasher and he was the leader of the gang that the child Sneasel character, Rhodes escaped from. (Glip then heavily shipped and drew porn of their self insert and Rhodes). Slasher was a pretty generic brutal gang leader character and was killed and then became a Banette- that I guess, according to the wiki tried to redeem himself.

I've got somewhat mixed feelings on this; 20-year-olds can be just as stupid and immature as teenagers since they still aren't fully developed yet mentally. You don't just hit 18 and suddenly know how to be a human being, and there are a lot of people up to like 23 who are going to have some really stupid opinions or still be parroting the same misinformation that they came to accept as normal. A lot of people (particularly from Eevee's generation; this is a continuation of my previous post on this subject) thought that getting someone drunk and having sex with them wasn't rape even into university; it doesn't make it not-rape, but just that ignorance is a very broad subject in that regard and a lot of young adults (or even old adults) failed to grasp just how bad it could be.
