Have you ever spent years building a set of skills or a craft? Maybe it's coding, maybe painting, or maybe it's building a house. The first project you complete you make all these mistakes, you waste time and effort on pointless things. Over time you hone your craft, you tighten up your weaknesses and you turn your strengths into greatness. From what I can tell, her utility bills are from the same company as the last one. Meaning she’s not only in the same area, but also seldom paid utilities while in the last place. She lost power for a month last summer, as well. No wonder the rep told her to call 211 for help before hanging up. She’s on the verge of getting her accounts closed entirely.

It says right there CLEAR AS DAY, that if you don't pay Mems bills by the timelines Mem herself agreed to, she's at real risk of suffering consequences for YOUR failure to keep HER commitments.
