Tl;Dr:
"magi-Chan" "possessed" Chris's body to deliver a mumbo-jumbo message about the Merge. He looked away from the camera looking constipated while holding a fidget cube (probably pretending to levitate it) and did some sighs. It's pretty sad to see his mental state deteriorating but its also kinda similar to the "boobies, vaginas, mmmm" video from back in the day.
Oh and Chris isn't speaking in that godawful falsetto.
