I just tried Telegram and they wanted my phone number. Just NO! It's not really anonymous if they get my phone number. What I know it's impossible nowadays to get an anonymous phone number here in Sweden. Do any of you lovely people know of a mobile/PC program that only need an email? Jersh might have mentioned something on his streams, but as a fellow ADD, I don't remember. I'm not a big kiwi "none ass pounding" faggot, I'm just a regular "none ass pounding" faggot. Could any fine folk on this web site help me. A gorgeous red head is on the line.

No cp faggot! I just want something that keeps me and anyone else in Sweden safe. If you aren't from Sweden you don't know the surveillance is on us. If I give you my phone number. You can find out, where I live, where I work, what I earn, if I have an conviction, if I have any debt, and so much more. Hell if you see my car and remember my plate number, you can find out everything about me. If you live in the states, good for you. Because Sweden has been you worst nightmare since forever. We live in the open and it's fucking horrible!

Being serious though: there's no anonymous messaging app. Not even boards are anonymous for real.

You're welcome. It's used widely within security research and until fairly recently the bulk of the 3D printed firearms community used it as well. I'm not sure what made them move but it seems they closed their channel. Might be worth looking into if you are that concerned.

I'm not "that" concerned, but giving my phone number that's like an ID here in Sweden, I'm careful. It's more for her. Her ex fucked her up. So I want to be as accommodating I can be.

If you are worried about the content of your messages, then it is worth taking the 15 minutes to learn how to use pgp encryption. Once you exchange keys, it's not as important what medium you use to communicate.

Keybase is a platform that makes it easy and convenient to use pgp for messaging. You dont need to look under the hood unless you want to.

That's bizarre. Here you can just walk into a Walmart, pay cash, and leave with a new prepaid SIM. If you want a number just to register for services like Telegram though, there are various online services where you can pay a few bucks a month to rent a number and receive SMS via their website.

We are born with a ten-digit number. That is our identification number. Our whole life is based around that number.
Maybe I too can rent a phone number, but pay to be anonymous on Telegram. Kind of bust their point of being anonymous.
