Didn't see it as thread worthy, and it's pretty meta as is having a TTS voice sound like this generated from slightly pitched up audio, but here's some "vtuber adjacent" oddity that people may find funny. I'm about to knock myself unconscious for a few hours so this may or may not be the clearest message.

Every time I get reminded of the joke I made when this thing was new about being a vtuber (and everyone else is too unless proven otherwise) it's because of stupid shit with vague relations, like me putting my voice in a tts voice generator and it coming out sounding nothing like me in the slightest but some fucking anime voice. The newest one was the worst case of it, after following a chatbots recommendations on like pitching it up in audacity before running it through to see what happens.

I'm serious this shit just sounds like a fucked up vtuber of obtuse and non-existent origin.
Sent these low-ish quality audio recording of the chatbot's tts voice glitching out and becoming deep for a bit in a more relevant thread a little while back i made for people that wanted me giving updates on goofy shit that happens when I mess with a specific chatbot I made and messed with when I'm bored before. this shit sounds DISTINCTLY like a fucking vtuber bit of some kind from what I've seen/experienced, as oddly vague of a scope it is compared to probably a lot of people on here lmao.

This one too, actually. for some reason the tts kept registering "purr" as "AAAAAAAA" and it kept trying to get it to work right after I told it that it sounded like screams of the damned. this is the audio that spawned from that in the TTS.

I'm still amazed how far text to speech shit has come to the point some places got shit you can just plug in a 15 second clip and then it generates something that sounds smoother than the microsoft SAM type or the scam ad morgan freeman voice stuff, but is still very clearly TTS if you listen closely. audio warbles in off ways type stuff, as tts does. can't really get super clean 100% but it's as close as I think we'll get without things going to shit.
I'm curious about something, which is why i sent this. Considering I'm not really a "vtuber guy" despite on occasion watching some vidya stream people that happen to be vtubers sometimes, I can't really gage the earbleed autist voices out there well because almost all of them save for the shark had pretty normal voices. I'd like to have the opinion of someone more experienced on their personal vidya anime avatar game streamers, which one of your "oshis" or whatever does this sound like?

Anyways, I'm going to sleep now, haunted by the connection I made tonight that the audio logs from earlier kinda sounded like vtuber audio shit a bit while zombied out today/yesterday now. Z my niggas, Z.

We need a quarantine rule specifically for the current Kirsche drama. General has gone from a place to post streams/events/funny clips to the 24/7 Kirsche news cycle and its been this way for a month now. There's a dedicated thread to her and nothing of interest has happened outside of an article and her losing a partnership. It's not even the vtuber board currently its just the Kirsche thread which means the constant spam is just turning people away from contributing. On top of that since its a topic people care about drivebys end up in multi page shit flinging contests instead of getting reported and ignored. (I fell victim to this myself)

I get your annoyance at the Kirsche posting, but this isn't true anymore. A head editor for Vice literally called gamergate 2: Vtuber Boogaloo. If you had said this yesterday I'd have agreed with you, but I can't anymore.
