What they don't seem to get is the way a lot of them describe women is just how most people in general are, men and women. It seems like they might be projecting too.

Sure, they are group but they never really came off to me as having shared goals, unless you are talking about the content creators. Then sure, the goal for those people are to make money. I don't see how that's a good point. Courts, especially in the US, vary county to county. For every case of bias against men, you can find a case that demonstrate bias against women. I know from experiences with divorce in my family that the courts where not biased against men. Even though the dude was a verifiable ass and there was evidence that he abused his kids, the courts still ruled in his favor on the majority of points. Yes, that's once anecdotal case. But I'd need to see a lot more evidence of this bias to take it seriously.

I think that's what's so funny about the forum and the movement in general. Yes, dating in today's world sucks. Yes, marriage is a gamble. Yes, most women of today are complicated. Yes, the courts are biased against men in some cases when it comes to custody and divorce.

However, you don't need to make a forum or try to form a cult. It doesn't make sense. If you were on your own way, you would need to make a forum to show it.

Sure. They realize that if enough men refuse to get married, society and women will be forced to consider or even take the demands of men to incentive marriage to them, however MGTOWs don't think that such a thing is likely. They don't have much faith in political activism, which is why they don't take part in it. MGTOWers are taking the easy route which is to accept the way things are and try to make the best out of their situation.

You have a point here. I assumed that there would be some evidence at least, after I read about plenty of horrible anecdotes of men losing custody of their children, even when they were the better parent for the children, but at this moment I can't find any real evidence supporting gender bias from reports or studies.
