Microsoft reverses it's Xbone DRM policies.

It'll be back, the cloud will become compulsory for all games in 4-6 months of the original launch and then bang, DRM by the back door.

It's exactly what it is! I'm sorry Microsoft, but I'm afraid its too little, too late.

Yeah, because of its blind little mindless drones that wouldn't care if Microsoft sells them a bag of cat shit.

You know, I was thinking over this whole Xbox one shit with the DRM and trying to get rid of discs. At first, it disgusted me, but then another feeling came: familiarity. It felt so deja vu, but I just couldn't understand why. Then it hit me. The answer was right in front of my damn nose this whole time.

It was essentially a console version of Steam, something I loved very much. It seemed that Microsoft was trying to copy Valve. However, this was doomed to fail for several reasons:

1.) Although Steam prohibited game-sharing, they gave out incredibly good sales on their games.
2.) Since Steam is on the computer, it has a base of people that mod games they get off of the former. Since the Xbox one is a console, it isn't going to have that large community willing to buy and mod its games.
3.) You don't need to purchase Steam, you just download it. That makes it a far cheaper alternative compared to consoles.

If I'm not wrong, there's one rumour that Steam is having a feature of game-sharing.

So, I'm not really a gamer, not since Ps2 era, so I haven't been following this as much but, does Xbox One have the spy cams that they promised? So that they can watch you big brother style? You gamers aren't buying the Spybox are you? I really want this to fail.

Because Microsoft wants to watch you wank.

We all got to get our jollys somehow.

Hopefully when it comes out there's some nerd who figures out how to disconnect the freaky spy camera

Too bad all the launch games will all require the use of kincet, since they were required to up until a few days ago. Maybe if you wanna watch tv without being watched it'll help though.

Looks like Kinect is no longer mandatory on the Xbox One. I wonder how many more changes Microsoft is going to make soon.

Xbox One just dropped eight territories from it's day one release list, if you live in Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Netherlands, Norway, Russia, Sweden, or Switzerland and have preordered one, sorry you'll have to wait until 2014 like Japan (lul yeah i know only kidding, it'll never launch in Japan if Microsoft has any sense).

Actually no, I read this article a while back that was all about the xbox fanboys over in Japan. No really, these guys seem really dedicated to the damn thing.
