I would also like to point out that unlike the younger adults in Germany I still take pride in my people and their history, and even though they committed atrocious crimes in WW2, they still have the guts to put up statues proclaiming such as a reminder to never let such things happen again. Americans would just wash away such things as they have done in the past and so would the English.

Oh don't get me started on that, I have an aunt that's Native. The Christian church and Canadian/ United States did a job on destroying their culture and slaughtering their people and today do nothing about helping them out.
