Nitpicking matters if you're talking about the law and not just making stuff up, friend.
No, sorry. In fact, if you are in England, Wales, or Scotland there is no one who can be "prosecuted" and jailed for libel against you as it is no longer a crime there (see below) but is a civil matter (no jail- just lawsuits).
But even if you are in one of the countries that still has some criminal libel law, it is probably not enforced,
And even if it is enforced, you will probably be limited on whom you can enforce any part of those laws. Because of the abuse of libel laws (maybe by persons like yourself) many countries have created laws that nullify judgements made in foreign courts over the matter. The United States, for example, passed what should be nicknamed the
"lol fuck off England" Act which made unenforceable any ruling that did not provide all of the free speech protections afforded in the US. The fact that the UK was so well-known to have a broken libel\slander system is probably why they reformed it and made it less exceptional. And depending on where the legal address for kiwifarms is (still in the US? I have no idea) you'd have trouble even getting any information regarding membership info due to those same laws.
That doesn't even make sense.
Because I don't want some demented troon showing up at my door? Or, less specifically, because I like my private life private. Why would anyone share personal information online? What is gained? Does one's e-peen grow bigger?
But if I tell you I live in X country you'll just call me a liar anyway, so what's the point?
