Good question, I think it's because neo-Nazis lack empathy (a trait of sociopathy or psychopathy) and are also sadists. I have seen much evidence Coombs lacks empathy and is a sadist.

BREAKING: Michael Coombs has been reported to police for malicious communications and digitally harassing Adam Rutherford. Turns out he has also been disrupting Rutherford's livestreams and attacking him on other social media.

Michael Coombs has recently panicked (after made aware he was reported to police and they are investigating) and has started to lie and claim he doesn't own the accounts harassing Rutherford on Twitter - this is despite there is overwelming evidence, enough at least to convict him (it is beyond reasonable doubt he owns all the accounts, see links below).

He very rarely now uses the pseudonym Mikemikev. He even changed his email address. His current email is antioch45@yahoo.com - and if you search his gravatar for that email - he uses a made up name - Dave Davidson. That's who he currently pretends to be online (a man named Dave), no longer even using his real name Michael Coombs. Sad.
There are two reasons for him pretending to be someone else online and rarely using his old Mikemikev pseudonym:
1. Google has totally toxified his real name and Mikemikev. Look how many webpages are critical of him on Google search. Here's a few of the pages that come up:

Michael Coombs is a 'wignat' - he's the sort of buffoon who would show up to a white nationalist event with a swastica flag and perform Nazi salutes. You can tell this from his posts in this thread - he has a Hitler and SS fetish, fixates with Holocaust denial and choose a swastica as his avatar on his account. There seems to have been a big purge of these 'wignats' from the white nationalist movement to the extent even a neo-Nazi imbecile like Andrew Anglin banned Michael from Daily Stormer (I read a post from Mikemikev somewhere claiming he wanted to be unblocked). So the name Mikemikev gained such a bad reputation among racists, Michael Coombs now pretends to be different people and uses countless of different names.
Coombs was recently blocked on three more accounts Wikipedia (see February 2021) -
