As a matter of fact, I'm glad this thread was created. I know the title is disgusting, but I've been having a bizarre problem in the forums and on chat where any time I say the word "milk" (for example, "I love the smooth taste of a glass of warm milk before I go to bed"), the word "milk" is altered to a word who's name I won't mention here. It's become quite a burden, as I've been quite public in my enjoyment of milk in the past, and no longer can I bring this up in the forums or in chat for fear of appearing disgusting. Is there anyone else who suffers from this problem??

Light milk is pretty rank IMHO. Drink milk straight or don't bother. Unless you're lactose intolerent you shouldn't be drinking almond milk or other such travesties.
 
I like cow milk but I can't actually drink it unless it's diluted in something like coffee or tea. By the glass would make me feel very ill. I can't have whole. It's way too heavy. 1% is about the best I can do.I put light cream in coffee. Half & half kinda hurts so I try to avoid it.

It's not lactose intolerance but probably the gastroparesis. I can have other dairy like cheese and yogurt and go easy on ice cream. But to avoid issues I usually drink plant based milk. I like Three Diamonds unsweetened almond coconut milk. I tried unsweetened soy but it was like drinking thinned paste. I specifically don't want added sugar though. I'm a bit :autism: about calories and sugar. But I understand why someone wouldn't want to drink the unsweetened kind. I make a concentrate of instant coffee and a few spoons of hot water then add the almond coconut milk. 30 calorie iced latte! Might be kinda bland to some people. But I like it. And it keeps me from wasting money on overpriced liquid candy masquerading as coffee most of the time.

I like goat milk. It's kind of an acquired taste though. It doesn't really bother me the same way the cow kind does. I've had it raw too and honestly I didn't notice a difference. I have no issue with raw milk but I don't think it should be given to children. There are a lot of risks. If an adult wants to take those risks be my guest. Don't subject your kids to that though.

Sometimes I can drink the organic ultrafiltered cow milk. Pure Life I think? It's kind of nice. It's just too bad I can't have the stuff normally.
 
I only like flavored milk. Especially chocolate. Sweetened vanilla flavored almond milk is nice as well, but I don't buy it often.
 
Milk is pretty much the only thing I drink in the morning.
