Could you not host your own chat server that's modded into the game that stores and receives chats from outside the game and just have that allow you to type whatever you want?
Versions that would have that kind of autistic external auth solution are also not vulnerable to said external restrictions. Anyone playing beyond memeversions (IE the ones vulnerable) are either going to run the relevant mod to disable the external check or just disable authchecks and have something like Authme installed serverside and remote servers never get involved in the first place.
Well, outside of the attack vector that is server IP blocklisting, but that's an entire other problem with a similar root cause.

Yeah that's possible but Mojang would just strike it down because they're faggots.
Another easier method is to simply host a site that has "words of the day" style substitutes for naughty words.
"Today, panda = nigger!"
Good luck banning that, Mojang.
Likewise they can just substitute those words with in-game mobs. Enderman = nigger and villager = kike. Both mods act like it to with their thieving and garbage trades so it works.
Creeper = Muslim.

I'm not sure if it's been mentioned. But I just learned that naughty words are being filtered in-game.
Certain words or phrases if typed in chat will be white-listed. They just won't appear to other players. No notification will be given to the player that the message has gone through. Similar deal with writing onto signs. The sign will simply be placed blank without writing.

Dude. What. The fuck. I stopped playing Minecraft some years ago. It's been slowly getting more Orwellian to the surprise of nobody, but even I'm surprised at how blunt the changes have become. Minecraft used to mean freedom to create. Fuck me but they've all but shat on that vision. Normally, companies would be more subtle when fucking over their customers, but I guess when it's weak gullible kids, their autistic manchildren, and the no-shame Jewtubers, they have feeble resistance. Goldfish collective-memory will ensure these changes will pass through and next year it will be the new-normal. Then, you will be contrarian to want it different.

I have to pass some blame to the cunts who willingly migrated their Mojang accounts over to Microsoft when that time arrived. Nice cuck cape you got there faggots. That one-of-a-kind cape certainly turned out to be a rare item. Any cunt plugged into the YouTube cult of personality culture. Forfeiting your agency to entertainers trying to make some ad revenue dosh at the expense of integrity. Any moron who paid to see the appalling Minecraft Movie, instead of pirating the workprint leak like any white person would.

I was thinking about Minecraft in relation to World of Warcraft and the interesting thing is that I remember even when the former was bought out in 2014 that I knew it was the end of an era. Microsoft/Mojang would never encapsulate in Minecraft what came before it, whereas the latter was a slow decline over time that was then exacerbated by access to Classic. I started Minecraft in 1.3 and it's interesting that the feelings I once had come back when I select that version as opposed to the more modern versions (past caves and cliffs).

I also want to vent about something else. The official Minecraft launcher is horrendous horseshit. The purpose of a game launcher is to tweak your settings before launching the game. The launcher then has no business being a 300 Megabyte bloated hefty buggy invasive ad. The official launcher requires you to have internet access to boot the game you paid. You need to verify continuously every 24hrs. Tough luck to anybody without an always-on connection. But forget about playing Minecraft. Why not play Minecraft: Dungeons, or Minecraft: Legends, or any other spinoff nobody cares about? Set your alarm for the upcoming TikTok or Twitch tie-in featuring 'currently-trending-sellout'. Trying to install a mod? Are you sure you want to proceed? Install one of Microsoft-verified modpacks on sale now for $20. I created an account on the feedback site years ago to gently complain about the terrible launcher, but they ensured my toxic ass will never bother them again.

Back when I played Minecraft I used PolyMC in place of the official launcher. It's incredibly lightweight, fully featured, no shilling, no nonsense compared to the multi-Billion dollar company's equivalent. But here's the thing. In October 2022, the popular MC community channels were overrun with warnings to immediately uninstall PolyMC, because it was discovered to be malware. When you read something like that, you uninstall without much of a second thought. But I investigated a bit to be sure. Turns out the lead developer was subject to a smear campaign by some of the developers, because he removed some lines from the terms of service that promoted queer propaganda. So the tranny devs forked PolyMC to something new called PRISM launcher, and casually suggested after uninstalling PolyMC you make your way over to PRISM. So trannies slandered a hard-working dev, siphoned all his users, and stole the credit for the launcher. These days, I see Linux Jewtubers promote PRISM as the DeFacto Minecraft launcher. It's one of the top downloads on Flathub with 1.5M installs. The poor cunt who runs PolyMC is never spoken of.

Normal people who love Minecraft are trampled over while fags and greedy people triumph.

Saw this on Xitter, The PS3 console edition's source code has been leaked.
Password, just in case. Though the text is archived here.

4chan thread and links are still live. There's another source leak in there too:
https://boards.4chan.org/g/thread/108264778
Sounds like the guy deleted it in rage? What else is there?

This is great. Wasn’t this version already like the most stable version of Minecraft that all the autistic German engineers use to make stupid amazing auto farms? In a matter of months we’ll have a Minecraft with all the updates that runs better than the original. Course kikerosoft is going to try to stop it

Call me a retard but don't people already mod minecraft openly what good does having the source code do, (no very little about programing)

its leak of a legacy console edition version, which is on a different language, and most importnatly, NOT BEDROCK

https://archive.org/details/minecraft-legacy-console-edition-source-code

A lot of it looks like straight ported Java code to CPP. I grepped it for slurs and there aren't any unfortunately. All the 4j changes are prefixed by a comment.

Some interesting things of note from very briefly looking through it:
- UI is flash
- Solution has a windows version but the files don't exist in the leak
- Halo texture pack has a bunch of hard coded rendering additions and overrides
- Cloud rendering is completely rewritten for optimization, chunking each cloud pixel into a group of 8x8 and doing face culling, but they went out of their way to have it switch to rendering like the Java version when the camera is inside the clouds for authenticity, where each cloud pixel renders every face even if they are touching. I'm not even sure if java still does this but I seem to remember it rendering like this back in the beta days.

Didn't really look further. I wonder if people will get it running on Windows.

I wonder if people will get it running on Windows.
take it with a grain of salt but on the new /g/ thread someone did it.

Code:
got it running on windows 10.

instructions:
- download and extract the code (the fuckanon one, not the one in OP)
- install visual studio 2012: https://archive.org/details/en_visual_studio_professional_2012_x86_dvd
- launch visual studio 2012 and select the visual c++ profile
- open the solution
- edit Windows64_Minecraft.cpp, comment out this line:
createDeviceFlags |= D3D11_CREATE_DEVICE_DEBUG;
- make sure you have speakers plugged in, the game will crash otherwise
- select Windows64 solution platform and click local windows debugger
- game should launch. there is no keyboard/mouse input, only gamepad, so you will need a gamepad
