AFAIK previous usernames aren't tracked because every player has a UUID that stays constant between name changes. If you're still paranoid you could google around and find a cracked account to play with.
 
I feel like an idiot migrating my original Minecraft account to a Mojang account back in like 2013 so that it can now be migrated over to a Microsoft account.

Feels very globohomo. Fuck all this. I just wanna play my Minecraft.

NameMC is a website with every player's past usernames, if your account has your real name in it you're better off getting a new one.

That or you could contact support to remove that username. I recall someone saying that that was an option.
