As his new OKStupid profile pic shows, his health is rapidly deteriorating. Maybe we could think up some sort of minimal health/fitness program that could keep OPL from leaving this world too early.

How about:
* a 30 minute walk every day.
* eating fruit regularly (an apple a day...)
* showering daily
* cutting his hair (not a health thing per se, but would improve his looks tremendously)

Drinking some water, lifting some weights, eatting veggies...y'know the shit he lies about doing on OkCupid.

Yeah, cleaning his room or the house would be quite the workout. Really, doing regular housework of any kind would be helpful for him and Barb, but he won't do it.

Like everyone keeps saying, CWC will never do anything until he sees he needs help and wants to change.

Walking regularly and lifting weights would be too much STRESS. He also really loves his comfort food, which for him is McNuggets. Eating more fruits, vegetables and other real food would be a start. He's too lazy for showering and regular hygiene.

There really is no helping him. He needs to help himself, and he expects his sweetheart from the ground-up will solve all his problems. He's a lost cause.

Chris does not have the sort of sustained self-direction necessary. It will only improve when he is made to exercise and diet by someone that can supervise him 24/7 and take away his PS3 if he doesn't do it.

Hell, Chris goes to McDonalds enough. GET SOME DAMN APPLE DIPPERS, OR A FUCKING SALAD.

He already gets the apple dippers. He needs some oranges. And mangoes. And strawberries.

Yeah, considering McDonald's is the only fast food chain (that I know of) that offers healthier meals.

And he still looks like this?

Remind me to never eat those again.

A daily multivitamin, no more than 100 grams of carbs daily, and at least 5 miles of walking per week. Really, who couldn't do that?

The salads aren't much better, unless he eats it with no fried chicken and no dressing. The dressing alone has a ton of calories. The apples won't do anything considering he still eats the 20 piece McNuggets, which are dunked into a deep fryer of hot fattening oil.

^ this.

I don't see why he doesn't understand the simple fact that mcdonalds and a healthy diet do not go together. If you want to be on a healthy diet, you don't go to mcdonalds. Especially not as often as Chris does. It really is that simple. Mcdonalds is, despite its "healthy alternatives," a fast food joint. Fast food is (generally) not healthy.

Then again: that is assuming Chris wants to be on a healthy diet. Judging by the big chicken nugget meals he has there, it's probably not a priority for him. Chicken may be lean meat, but that doesn't matter when it's deep-fried.

I literally just ate McDonalds and this topic is making me sad. Then again that's not normal for almost every day of my life. ;)
Chris' situation is extremely problematic because he lives in complete squalor, so it's not like he can even prepare the simplest of salads or even oatmeal or soup. I would suggest a multivitamin or drinking only water, but these have to be supplemented with nutrients to be effective. And that's probably what Chris' body is starving for.

Also, you presumably don't poop yourself. So you've got that going for you.
