If you're in the US, Buffalo Wild Wings and Dave & Busters almost always play the PPVs. I travel a lot and there's almost always a BWW within an hour drive. They've also been on the beef tallow wagon forever, they have okay fake beer, and it's technically an eatery rather than a bar which means you can legally carry there, so that's my default venue.
