Tim is the worse HW champ in the UFC ever (which says a lot considering how bad the HW is now) and also get destroyed by Fedor in the exact same way. The point is that a boxsissy can only win by throwing haymakers, either that or praying for a freak injury.
btw I absolutely hate D*na and his orange pedophilic scammy overlord Doonoo Drumpf so I'd be happy if they both fuck off to boxing. UFC can die and I won't blink an eye.

Your supposed "number one" boxer just got humiliated by a kickboxer and had to be bailed out by both the judges and referees. The entire boxing scene is funded by inbred arab oil niggers. The biggest boxing fights are all freakshow fights and crossover fights from MMA fighters or kickboxers. Next few weeks of UFC are awful cards. The White House card is a national embarrassment.

Being invested in either sport is a waste of time.

Also, that's an odd way of describing a fight that Rico was knocked down and stopped in. And if the fight had continued Rico needed a stoppage to win due to the 10 - 8.

Regardless, I'm not particulary invested in either sport. But I reserve the right to mock a 'tard who is sperging out about boxing in the MMA thread.

Shit like this makes me glad that we still have kickboxing and other smaller MMA promotions like ACA, which arguably has fighters as skilled as the UFC.
They might never become as big as the U Fight Cheap, but one can always dream.

Would be a real shame if a pro boxer from a trash division and era switched over to MMA and then won a UFC title. Be even more embarrassing if they did it with the pro boxer move of a head kick as a +1000 underdog. Good thing that never happened.

One big caveat for both Ngannou and Rico crossing over and getting robbed/done dirty is that both fought at heavyweight. The only other example I can think of this happening in a lighter weight class is conor mcgregor vs mayweather, which he did relatively well thanks to his size advantage but he still lost. The guys in the lighter weight classes tend to be much faster with better footwork and are generally waaaaaaay more skillful.
That is to say, it's not surprising that so many heavyweights do well crossing over to boxing considering the talent pool is much shallower. I think a guy like Ciryl Gane could point fuck both Fury and Usyk handily.

Nah, Gane is nowhere near as good as Rico. Rico is the King of Kickboxing who has totallly dominated Artem Vakhitov, whom prime Pereddit arguably lost twice with, and made it looks like a sparring section in his last kickboxing match. As much as I hate boxing and want to see Gane humiliating boxers, it's probably not gonna happen.

This is MMA math at the end of the day so we both could be completely wrong but Gane was point fucking Ngannou in their fight, and we saw how he did against Fury. Also, both Usyk and Artem are manlets for the division.

Ngannou got into a firefight with Anthony Joshua and lost decisively.
Rico is a genuine heavyweight, but he has always relied on skill and toughness more than knockout power.
IMO, part of why Francis and Rico did performed so well is that Tyson Fury and Oleksandr Usyk didn't prepare for them respectively as they would against a career boxer, because Usyk sure as shit didn't look like himself and Tyson Fury notably didn't put in a full camp for Francis.
That said, the referee and judges practically gift wrapped that 'win' for Usyk.

As far as ringcraft goes, Gane would get absolutely wrecked. His main weapons are speed and range. Fury is a better tactician than Gane, and Usyk, when he's actually on, is faster and more tactical.
