Nothing bothers me anymore than an autoplaying video that occupies a third of the screen once you start scrolling down an article. You can hide that shit on desktop with uBlock but good luck having that kind of control with mobile browsers. Click on five different articles, autoplay the same fucking video. I don't know why sites keep insisting with this shit, it's clear no one likes that shit forced on them. All it does is deterring me from visiting your site when I'm using the phone.
Brave mobile or Firefox mobile with uBlock. I use the latter, works like a charm.
If you have an iPhone, it's worth downloading AdGuard and paying $10 for the lifetime license to enable "advanced" blocking that blocks YouTube ads, among a bevy of other useful features. It's worth noting that this is strictly an iOS quirk; AdGuard on Android doesn't require payment for a lifetime license (if I'm not mistaken). On iOS, any other browser is worthless because they're all reskins of mobile Safari. Considering that AdGuard's extension literally has better functionality than Brave mobile does, there's no reason to keep using it anymore.
