There is the Fire Emblem Engage mod, hosted in the website that OP provided, that only enables a faithful english translation of the original japanese script, namely the support conversations. Although I never tried it myself as I could already read moonrunes myself when the Switch game came out.

As @Serbian Peacekeepers pointed out, game mods don't even have to be remotely political or edgy in order to be purged from modding websites, it can be simply something those people don't like and won't allow it to exist no matter what, thanks to this current Internet mentality.
