Fialovy said:yeah, I know, I sort of am writing as I go. I'm also roleplaying a lot with a bunch of spergs like me that like Saban's Masked Rider as well and think its the greatest thing ever and are trying to make some epic saga that also adapts some of the more recent Kamen Rider series. Like Decade is Dex's son Lex who inherited the Masked Rider powers after the main villain rendered Dex out of commission for a while due to the injuries he suffered so he entrusted his eldest son Lex to them. The Masked Rider powers manifest in different ways from generation to generation depending on the individual and now Lex has to recover the artifacts of his ancestors and retrieve the memories from them and learn about Edenoi's past and the secrets of the King Stones, the source of the Masked Rider powers and unlocking the unsolved mysteries of it as well as gaining power from these memories.
It also ties in with Power Rangers which are technically of the same universe. The Triforians make an appearance as Lex's second oldest sister, Doris (named after Molly's birth mother as her and Alby, the children Dex lived with in the series were adopted by Hal and Barbara. Dex married Molly a few years after the civil war against Count Dregon, his grandfather Lexian at first was not comfortable with him marrying a girl from Earth and died sometime after the ceremony due to health complications mostly caused by the air pollution caused by Count Dregon and his plague patrol that forced many of the Edenites into slavery where they had to harvest toxic gasses from deep below the Earth. Count Dregon used some of that gas for chemical warfare, but most was to just torture the Edenites to submit to him. There are many areas of Edenoi that are still habitable with good air quality, but a lot of villages near those fields where the digging happened were mostly abandoned. With a lot of the area at risk of desertification already, Dex has been desperately trying to rebuild Edenoi to its former glory, even if the development of technology has slowed. Dex also revived Edenoi's military that was mostly lost due to so many centuries of peace and prosperity before the war.) is betrothed to the crown prince who is as spoony as they come.
And I have only just begun sperging. I haven't completely given names to all the cities and the nobility, only those of the major four noble houses. There is also a lot more to the story as well.

You sir, just crossed the line. Power Rangers samurai is just horrible.

Power Rangers Samurai.
Onion rings and deep fried pickles on my bacon cheeseburger.
Duke Nukem 3D.
I'm only watching it because I wanted to see how bad it was. I stopped watxhing PR the 8th grade (I started when MMPR started in kindergarten), so I missed a lot. I ended up getting into Toku a year ago and heard the buzz around Megaforce and the Legend War. 20th anniversary and all, so I decided to start watching it. Megaforce sucks hard, but people kept saying it was an improvement over Samurai. So I started Samurai to get an idea of how bad that must be if Megaforce is being praised and ended up liking what I saw. I'm only a quarter way through the first season, but I do enjoy it.Fialovy said:Kamen Rider Black said:Kick-Ass, the movie.

I only watched Power Rangers Samurai because the guy who played Antonio was hot and I have a soft side for terrible cartoons/shows.
I wasn't into Masked Rider, to be honest, but I did have a Robo Rider (Super Gold) toy among my favorites. It just didn't click with me even though I loved the suits.Fialovy said:I already like you, again, Masked Rider has always been my guilty pleasure. I loved it ever since it came out. I just love the character Dex and his sperginess he gets for being a clueless alien.
