Well theres Dan Aykroyd who actually is Autistic. Theres a reason you never see him in a movie unless it has Bill Murray also cast since Aykroyd doesn't deal well with people he doesn't know and Bill Murray acts as a go between. Harold Ramis was also someone Aykroyd trusted. He'll do movies with other people if you can approach him the right way but he's never at his top like he is around Bill Murray.

But by forum definition, definitely John Travolta.

Bill Murray is so awesome he automatically makes everyone else better in any movie he's in.

He was in Tommy Boy and Bill Murray wasn't in that, it was a Lorne Michaels movie, though IIRC.

Also @Ariel is that verified, that Courtney Love has it? She seems like she would say she does for attention.

I would not be at all surprised if Crispin Glover is autistic. He actually comes across as more autistic than Temple Grandin, an actual autist.

Not an insult on the guy, who has done a lot of good, strange work. He just seems really autistic.

Getting extremely pissed off and surprised at reporters when they ask him about the rape allegations (because, you know, it's not like that's their job or anything), and thinking remaining eerily silent (seriously, he went through a period where he would not say a fucking word when asked about the allegations) will deflect any questions about being a rapist.
Also, he starred in Ghost Dad, so there's that.
 
Honestly, the star that has the most autism is Charlie Sheen.

But that might have just been the cocaine.

Any of his films outside of Star Wars are middling at best. So he just kept going back to the well and recolored the original trilogy into an autistic mess.

Fun fact: He's dressed as the character he played in the movie Rubin and Ed, a very obscure movie that was made in here in Utah. It's a really quirky little flick, but it's one of my favorites. The writer/director is a Utah native that mostly films here.
 
Any lesbo female comedian. They all have this unhealthy obsession of talking about their vagina like it's the funniest shit ever, and then go on long political rants about sexual assault and the like, completely deadpan. And these ladies will go apeshit on twitter if you merely mention not liking their standup.
