Most insufferable reaction channel or video forced upon you by the Algorithm

This isn't a specific channel or video but I don't know where else to post this. I get spam fucked by these weird small gaming channels all run by cookie cutter e-girls and I don't know where they come from. Maybe it's me but I seem to get at least one a day.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Tz53d3zzRAY

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BO9qsxIBN3o

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OfqdnVrS3jU

Just three examples but it's always the same shit. I can never tell if it's getting recommended to me because youtube is pushing it or it's related to other stuff I watch but I want them to go away and they won't.

this guy annoys me, mostly because he appears non stop in my recommended even though i have never once watched one of his videos
i also cannot stand people making soy faces, i have a lot of respect for people who use relevant catchy images with text and keep their dumb fucking faces out of the thumbnail
ive never been a big fan of reacts, but this guy just wont get the fuck out of my recommends
I bet he's not even a real doctor.

This dude and his punchable face keeps showing up even after constantly refusing to watch his videos and marking "not interested".
oh dios mio, que maricon

it's times like this, i enjoy knowing spanish.

I figured it was something like this. I gave up trying to get things off of my feed a long time ago. They just keep coming back.

“I think that in the case of YouTube, the platform is balancing user engagement with user satisfaction, which is ultimately a tradeoff between recommending content that leads people to spend more time on the site and content the algorithm thinks people will like,” Ricks told The Verge via email. “The platform has the power to tweak which of these signals get the most weight in its algorithm, but our study suggests that user feedback may not always be the most important one.”

User feedback is the only important one.

My least favorite are the true crime videos where some thot cares more about her hair, makeup and wardrobe then she does about the poor missing child or dismembered murder victim that she's babbling on about using info gleaned from Wikipedia and other true crime channels. Most of them are cut and paste. We don't need another Dahmer video. We have enough Dahmer material to last for centuries at this point.

I just feel like if you are making true crime videos you shouldn't be peacocking yourself on the screen. It draws all the attention to you. Especially when you are talking about murdered/missing children. I feel like you should keep yourself off screen. And cool it with the "Spooky creepy" wording on the titles. It's just disrespectful. Some of these cases are 40+ years old and still unsolved.

Don't even get me started on the conspiracy theories. Most of them are so damn stupid.

yeah, i get recommended hasan video. which i genuinely think every social media platform does it to spite me. every fucking time i click "do not recommend" on every single hasan clip channel that exists, especially his main channel. i can't escape him. if i'm doomscrolling TikTok, who do I see? fucking hasan. trying to find a video on a political topic? hasan. all it does is make me despite him more and more when I already don't like him.

HEY FEDNIGGERS, STOP TRYING TO SHOVEL THAT BULLSHIT INTO MY FEED.

my favorite is when those women are incapable of trying to contact the family and speaking with them on it. i know there are channels that do it respectfully but there's also an overwhelming majority of them being like

"hello, my name is true crime diane. i am contacting you because i wanted to ask you about that time where your child was brutally molested and murdered in a dark alley that one time on September 6th, 1997. it's okay if you don't want to talk about it but i really would like you to respond before monday because that's when the video goes up"

I use BlockTube on Firefox. Perma-blackhole that shit.

Pretty much any YouTube video that has over a million views is shit. Any "creator" who hits that level invariably turns into a lolcow. The only loophole I found is music, but the musicians aren't using YouTube as their "job" nor did they make the video or control the channel.

I'm sure there are much worse channels out there, but I would be happy if Youtube stopped putting Asmongold's mug on my recommendations every other day. Hell, same with shit about the game Ultrakill. Never played it or watched anything about it, but still get 80 view videos about it over and over.

Saw this and remembered the thread. Musicianfluencers are fucking dreadful.
Nick is cool when he's being an autist and pumping out a perfect cover of a song that came out like 3 hours ago, with tab. He's an insufferable borderline zoomer faggot the rest of the time though. The vast majority of his shit now is just tiktok reactions or fucking with an Amp Sim last time I saw his stuff in my feed.

Agreed on musicfluencers being awful. Particularly in the metal sphere. It's either old heads who still screech about "muh jutsice for jason" or millennial/zoomers being spergs over memes.

Ohoho man if you think the metal ones are bad, grab a bomb suit and brace yourself for the EDM influencers.

This shit is junk. With the way retards like him juice the algorithm, I pity anyone trying to learn how to make electronic music. These fucking yahoos barely teach you anything and literally only do it to shill their sample packs and presets. Their communities are full of the most pretentious, autistic queers you've ever seen in your life too. If they're not making shitty tutorials, it's like they're competing to make the most boring, unsubstantial livestreams of all time.

ALSO... why tf are all these reaction channels run by niggers anyway?
Low intellect/low effort mentality. If a common feral nig-nog knows he can post a music video and bleat out some meaningless words after every verse and get 100K views from other similarly brain dead nig-nogs, they're all just gonna follow suit for the easy clicks. Also they can all STFU, nobody believes that this is really the FIRST TIME that you're hearing (insert massively popular song from the last 30 years)! 🙄

I will cut Chris Raynor (the black spinal doctor in the video posted earlier) a LITTLE bit of slack. Granted, he's also fallen into the soyface/reaction shtick, but his legitimate takedowns of sketchy chiropractors and outright wrong medical care are informative, and brutal.
I also get a kick out of all these reaction channels constantly crying about copyright. Maybe if these faggots did anything creative of their own, they wouldn't have to worry about their Dolly Parton reaction getting flagged
I have absolutely no sympathy for the idiot faggots who whine about copyright when they literally are posting the entire music video for the easy clicks and it gets struck down. But on the other hand, actual talented YouTubers like Rick Beato who get strikes or demonetized for brief, seconds long clips, or other videos that have an incidental snippet of music in the background of an unrelated topic video, I think is ridiculous as well. Copyright zealots are just as bad as the outright thieves stealing content for their own views.

Also, fucking Scotty Kilmer. His retarded face fills me with seething rage, and I actually report his videos every time they show up, but because he's one of the idiots who pays Jewtube to advertise his videos, they'll never go away.

Yeah I can agree, I definitely feel for people like Rick and other musicians or filmmakers etc who are actually breaking shit down and explaining how it's done and why. But I think we can all agree on that sort of Copyright being bullshit.

Also agree on the "first time" shit. There's this particular one I always get in my feed that I can't remember the name of. He's been reacting to rock music for the first time for like 3 years. Plus it's incredibly obvious when it's a non-muscial person's first time hearing a song or not. Someone who doesn't understand music in a more technical level isn't gonna be able to predict when the drops, tempo changes, key shifts etc are gonna happen. Yet without fail, these retards are able to perfectly anticipate the drop in a song they've never heard in a genre they've never heard? :story:

Somehow me being interested in recycling and hippy shit like gardening gets me luxury influencer recommendations and I don't know why. Are they trying to brainwash me into consooming?

My suspicion is that because luxury goods have a big secondhand market, the connection is being made through the "reuse and buy used" to just "buy used".

I had a problem with Rerez's videos getting slammed down my throat for years, but I guess he finally fell out of favor with the algorithm. His thumbnails are fucking awful. Even the ones without a screaming face still feel like they're screaming at you:

And speaking of reaction channels, it's annoying how searching for any video that's even the slightest bit popular will come up with "(video name) reaction" in the search results. Who seriously watches those?

On a somewhat related note, how does the Jewtube algorithm manage to keep getting worse every week it seems? Now it seems that no matter what you search for, completely unrelated videos always manage to pop up in the search results, or previously watched videos will keep coming up as well.

I always feel like the black reaction channels blow up not just because they’re watching something popular, but because they clearly are making entertainment for white people who think black people are cool just because. If you watch a black YTer who creates content only for other black people, you will realize how different the vibe truly is from the popular reaction channels.
