Most Obscure Titles

I don't think it's an extremely obscure game but...

I love this game. It's a great old platformer for the Genesis that's weird as hell and all the better for it. I miss having an actual Genesis to play it on because it's a lot of fun. Hard as balls, though. I don't think I've ever made it past about the middle of the game. Then again, it's been years since I played it properly.

Little King's Story for the Wii:

I've only met a handful of people that have played this game. It's a damn shame it never got the recognition it deserved.

Whacked! for the Xbox.
It was a party style game with different game modes like KOTH, and arena battles. It was pretty fun.

I mostly liked the commercials that would play in-between sections of the story mode, it was a game show y'see.

One fairly obscure game I remember enjoying is Time Bandit, which was kinda like a mix of every video game made at the time (1985).
The ingame controls aren't actually bad (besides the run/shoot quirk), the guy in the video seems to be having troubles with the joystick. Otherwise it feels like Zelda 1 trying to be Gauntlet which isn't really a bad thing.

The Commie had so many weird titles it's hard to choose a good one because at this point they are all pretty obscure!

Dino eggs is a game where you travel through time to save the dinosaurs, and if you don't start a fire a giant dinosaur leg will come down and smash you.

In Mad Nurse you play as a nurse caring for a nursery of very suicidal babies.

Potty pigeon is a game where your only defense is shitting on your enemies!

Deadly Creatures on the Wii, and Monster Lab were both pretty obscure, and both good fun actually.

Also, old and not particularly well known/loved "Shadow of Memories" on the Ps2.

There was this mech game for Xbox called 'Phantom Crash' that was actually pretty fun and all the mechs were pretty customizable. I really wish they'd rerelease it or make a sequel but I very much doubt it will ever happen.

Least known game I've played is Total Extreme Wrestling, a booking simulator in the vein of Football Manager where you run a Wrestling promotion. My most recent run of it is a few months gametime in with the latest Real World database mod, with a promotion founded by myself at the hardest difficulty (starting with no reputation at all, pitiful income etc) and I'm working my way up to crowning my first title belt holder. Maybe someday I'll be big enough to hire Hulk Hogan or Ric Flair and have their politicking destroy my company, just like WCW and TNA!

Don't really know if it has much fame compared to other N64 games but I guess Hybrid Heaven could count.
Pretty much, you'll be beating enemies up with your fist in turn-based fights.

I've never seen much about this one, but Mole Mania for the gameboy was a pretty good, challenging and entertaining puzzle game. Good level designs, and some catchy-ass BGM.
