In addition to men's eyebrows tending to be closer to the eyes than women's, men's eyes tend to be more deep set than women's.
Using this dark eye shadow ans eye liner completely around the eyes just makes the eyes look more deep and masculine, as well as creepy.

As a woman with deep set eyes, you learn right away certain makeup styles ain't for you.
