Zero effort ones are pretty jarring. Women have a much easier time passing as men, all they need is a short haircut and some masculine or neutral clothing. Men, on the other hand, need to shave, dress up properly, and even exercise to build a female appearance. I don't judge the ones that are clearly trying even if their attempts aren't convincing, just be honest and not an asshole and we're cool. Now, if fucking shaving a beard or putting on a wig is too much work, why pretend they're even trying?!
 
I find the physical nature of trannies to be signifyingly less disgusting than their sick and twisted minds. Just listening to a transgender drains energy from the soul.
