The super-masculine ones used to really unsettle me so to reduce the impact I now do a bit of mental color correction to their hair and makeup, this turns them into plausible side-characters from Conan with the added bonus of not being as fearful when clicking spoilered posts where they might be wearing nothing but a loincloth.
