I'm kinda new to troons in general but I just can't understand how they look at themselves and think this is ok, like that they're living their best lives acting and looking this way

What’s so interesting about this one is that he so clearly has something severely wrong with him, just on the visual, but it is definitely not that he is intersex, has Ehlers-Danlos, or anything else he lists except possibly autism. Is it merely the strabismus or another condition to which the strabismus is a related?

I think like 80% of tards don't have any genetic diagnosis so he's probably undiagnosed. Though, if I were to hazard a guess, maybe mosaic down syndrome? I think he has an old heart surgery scar in one of the pictures which would reinforce that idea along with the strabismus.

I've been trying to see if he has a simian crease but all I've managed to see are his insanely short nails.
