Looks like psoriasis. It's liver related somehow, and can be controlled a little through diet and sun exposure. His outbreak is probably because the hormones are completely fucking with his body.

Can I just say I don't find this dude repulsive at all. He has nice nails. clean hands and the boots are really cool. Troons tend to have a really hard time matching seperates and tend to mix colours and fabrics no human woman would ever combine.
