I think it's supposed to be some kind of "smoky seductive" thing that looks really stupid. I see a lot of (actual) women do the same kind of look all of the time and I notice it a lot in pictures of actual big time models (but as one would assume they tend to do it a lot better than the average woman you'd see posting selfies to Instagram.)

My best guess is that the troons do it to copy what they see actual women often do on social media.

Don't plenty of these trannies go on and on about wanting to be dumb bimbos because god forbid women have any agency in their lives?
