It’s the ends of his collarbones; they tend to be more pronounced when super skinny wankers like him get older, because the connective tissue in the area becomes less elastic, plus he doesn’t have any muscle or fat to bulk up the area.

Not the most repulsive I've come across by far, but the make-up really tops a lot of bad make-up choices I've seen on trannies.
Also, it's probably not his fault, but his shoes are so comically huge - really making him look even more like the fucking clown he is.

According to his Facebook profile, he's working as a "Veterans Case Manager". That's just lovely, innit.

That or this guy is actually trying to cosplay this character from this game. Who knows.
 
Not the worst I've seen which says a lot. The "Fuck Trump" pin and the neck stubble are a cherry on top.
